At current atmospheric CO2 levels over 90% of the available electromagnetic energy in the CO2 absorbance bands are already absorbed so increasing the atmospheric concentration of CO2 has rapidly diminishing effects.
CO2 in atmosphere is not like some pollutant where increasing the concentrations increases the pollution level.
It’s more like sun screen filtering out UV radiation
At some point you have enough sun screen applied to totally block all the UV from hitting your skin so adding more has not additional effect
We are pretty much at that point with atmospheric CO2
So will be the rate of accrual of decadent combustible fuels. What really needs to happen is to get people onto "wild" landscapes harvesting, managing animals, and burning to manage wildland vegetation.

CO2 was .03ppm before civilization began. Now it’s .04ppm. If it goes to .02ppm all flora dies and fauna would quickly follow.
