Is this WINNING!?!?

Rs could #### up a ham sandwich!!

We don’t need Rs. We need REAL CONSERVATIVES.

If Trump thinks he has 5 minutes to celebrate or keep his eyes off Rs and expect them the help him on their own, he’s wrong.

Right now, he IS the R party

Who needs enemies when you have friends like this? I already warned, the establishment GOP is NOT our friend. They are going to do this through his whole term if they do not get together with the Democrats and impeach him first.

Allow the plaintiff(s) and the defendant(s) to each rule out up to one-third of the district’s judges.

That means one of one-third to two-thirds of the possible judges could hear a case.

That means moderate judges would get the work.

Judges might also get fees for each motion, etc.

Come 2035 and a $174,000/year base salary might not justify staying around.

I read that if Schumer saw that the leftist judge wasn’t going to get confirmed, he would have rescheduled the vote.

As long as these 'senators' are selected by popular vote and not as they were before the 17th amendment, we will never have good senators.

Repeal the 17th amendment and this will go a long way to restoring our Republic.

and Kamala Harris is out of town and can't cast the tie-breaking vote.

As a tangent to this story: So Biden authorized use of US missiles on Russian territory, Russia test-launches ICBMs on Ukraine as response - and VP Harris is on a two-week vacation in Hawaii. And No one in the US media or DC establishment cares.

Something is seriously wrong with this country's government

There will be MANY Federal and Appeals court judges confirmed quickly before Trump can take office, or the Republican NEW BLOOD gets into position to stop it.

Braun just won the race for Governor so I guess he doesn’t think he has to show up in the senate any more. Another Pence republican in Indiana.

Maybe it's beside the point, but this judge would have been confirmed anyway with Harris's 51st vote.

Braun just got elected governor and is probably extremely busy setting up his administration.

My gosh this is the third radical life appointed judge to the bench. This is getting scary because I am telling you just like in New York Pennsylvania all these other crucial states the radical judges are going to come and bite Trump and the Republicans in the ass down the road. Don’t underestimate what they have planned already. You are a fool if you think that they’re just gonna handover this nation to Trump and the conservatives. They feel this nation belongs to them and not the American people. In their minds it’s the hell with the American people the hell with elections we’ve got the power and it’s on the bench. Effing stupid Senate Republicans! I am beyond pissed we need to start replacing those pieces of shit that are not showing up. At least Cruz got the message loud and clear. The rats play the long game perfectly. Mark my words they’re gonna regroup and they’re gonna come out worse than they were in the past.

Is there a group that watches these activist judges and keeps track of their opinions? Does anyone ever investigate anti- Constitutional decisions? I know Tom Fitton does a lot of work in this area, but he doesn’t post such findings- he just heads to court.
RINOS are just democrats who work with the ‘RATs to try and convince the people that there are two competing parties.

Remember, a lot of them are up for re-election in 2026 and they should be primaried to hell.

If the vote had been 50-50, Kamala would have had to get over her hangover and fly from Hawaii to DC to cast the deciding vote.
