Hezbollah has reportedly agreed to ceasefire terms proposed by the United States, according to the Lebanese government — though the terror group has “comments” that may indicate it has not fully accepted the deal.

Lebanon and Hezbollah have agreed to a US proposal for a ceasefire with Israel, with some comments on the content, a top Lebanese official tells Reuters, describing the effort as the most serious yet to end to the fighting.
Ali Hassan Khalil, an aide to Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri, says Lebanon had delivered its written response to the US ambassador in Lebanon on Monday and that White House envoy Amos Hochstein was traveling to Beirut to continue talks.

The Jihad is a crowd funded non-centralized or distributed movement. It’s truly like a hydra. Cut off one head and two more appear. There are people who claim to be leaders, and they may be, so long as they lead where the crowd wants to go. Once they declare peace, they are no longer leaders and the non-centralized movement continues, perhaps diminished, but still present...like cancer cells that haven’t yet metastasized. We in the West like to think of Hammas or Hezbollah as being just like hierarchical organizations we have because if they aren’t then we have a problem that simply can’t be solved short of really extreme measures. Nobody wants that so we pretend to make deals we know will be broken. Thus, politicians can declare victory and go back to ignoring low level terrorism while the politicians pursue their real agendas.

It is a Moslem form of violence organization. The totalitarian rules for life of Islam are self enforcing because your neighbor may well kill you if you do something regarded as unIslamic.

Meanwhile, 100+ Hezbollah targets around Beruit and elsewhere are systematically and precisely being destroyed every day. The precise bomb best suited for each target is selected and successfully used to create a pile of dust, rubble and twisted rebar.
The Lebanese are at a severe disadvantage. When Hamas structures and roads were destroyed, IDF armored D9’s came in and cleared the rubble. Unfortunately for Lebanon, there are no IDF armored D9’s in Beruit to cleanup the Hezbollah mess
Peace will come when the Lebanon people pick up arms and go to war with Hezbollah. Peace will come when the people of Gaza pick up guns and go after Hamas.
Israel can not win as long as the idea of Hezbollah and Hamas remain with the people.
Peace is up to them, not the world.
