Kremlin Warns ‘Inevitable Escalation’ over Biden Allegedly Authorising Ukraine Long-Range Missile Strikes

The United States allowing its long-range tactical missiles to strike targets deep inside Russia for the first time would “inevitably lead to a serious escalation”, Kremlin figures warn after Washington D.C. appears to brief one of President Biden’s final acts in office will be to permit such attacks.

Russia warned of dire consequences if Ukraine used long-range U.S.-made ATACMS missiles to strike strategic targets deep inside the Federation, but also confidence it would be able to foil the attacks in the first place. The responses came after claims were published in the beltway-interest newspapers favoured for leaks by the U.S. intelligence community at the weekend that U.S. President Joe Biden would permit Ukraine to use the American Army Tactical Missile System (ATACMS) missiles to strike targets within Russia.

Biden is just doing as he’s told. The left wants escalation in Ukraine to give President Trump a bigger problem.

Trump should let Zelensky know that if he uses those weapons negotiations could be tough; who knows how much more land this will lose Ukraine. A decision like this shouldn’t be made by the outgoing President.

Trump’s first challenge as president may be to save the world from a nuclear holocaust.

You raise a point I’ve been puzzling over. Will Trump be committing a Logan Act violation if he has substantive discussions with Zelensky or Putin? Is this a set up for immediate impeachment?

Actually, Russia must realize that the repeated onslaught on Ukraine with drones an missiles is a costly endeavor. Russia has effectively lost the war on the ground. Destruction of Ukraine civilian targets from the air is the only effort left in the depleted weapons bag.

Loss of all oil refinery and storage capacity will be a death blow. All Putin has to do now to prevent such a loss is to cease his destruction of Ukraine

(the Ruble has declined to 1 per US$)

Allowing the North Koreans to mass troops in another country, for the purposes of attacking a third Western-allied country, without enduring preemptive counterattacks would be pure madness.

No, there is no need to go to Ukraine.

You are irrelevant and matter not in the war between Ukraine and the Russian aggressor

ChiComjoe’s Puppetmasters are setting up a WWIII-style international crisis to derail Trump’s agenda when he is President.

These Puppetmasters have given aid and comfort to the domestic and foreign enemies of the United States.

Everyone of these White House, Pentagon, and State Department Puppetmasters needs to be tried, convicted, and sentenced to hang.

Actually, risking nuclear conflict by intervening in a war between belligerents that were formerly part of the same country, in a place most Americans can't find on a map, with no US vital interests at stake, no obvious way to win, and no exit strategy, is pure madness...

The issue is We control launch codes and targeting information as part of many treaties and safeguards

This means A) To launch, Ukes need NATO/US assistance
B) NATO AND US are now officially in the fight
C) Putin eliminates missiles killing US/NATO techs
D) Buckle up Article 5 initiated and WWIII picks up
the pace
E) With US otherwise occupied Xi now gets froggy and starts Taiwan campaign. FatBoy Nork goes south to annex Seoul and surrounding suburbs

Apocolypse level shitfest

So far the missiles aren't very ineffective like the same ones launched at Crimea. Some were obviously shot down although it's hard to get real information about that.

There will be a few scores on ammo dumps and whatnot but not enough to change the outcome in Kursk or anywhere else. There will probably be some civilian hits and escalation.

I think the main purpose is to remove the missiles as a bargaining chip for Trump to use whether effective or not. Trump is peace through strength and the US will not be stronger no matter what happens now.
