This is critical information as we move forward in future years. We need to be looking carefully at the way that President Trump brought new voters into the party--and how we can convince them to vote for our down-ballot candidates.
Interesting.
Thanks!
The Republican Senators have a disease and the cure is more MAGA.
What made President Trump unique imho:
—Courage
—Toughness
—Take no prisoners approach to campaigning
—Saying the words they don’t want you to say
—Discussing the issues they don’t want you to discuss
—Fighting through adversity
—No apologies—ever
Blue collar working people love that stuff—and it can over-ride issues where they may disagree.
Over at Not the Bee the latest is that lefties think the election was stolen by Starlink hacking computers and reversing votes. I don’t know whether we should say yeah we stole it just like your side stole it in 2020 or not. Might explode some of their heads though. The winning continues.
Just tell the lefties they have no standing in court so tough luck.
Lol.
It would be SUCH a pleasure to see the end of the rinos, but unfortunately, with the choices now either Thune or Cornyn, we got ziltch.
As to the media- they made the biggest mistake of all. They gaslighted all year, assuming ALL Americans were as stupid as those who vote democrat.
To me the issue is more than ideology—it is courage.
Some folks have it but most do not.
And don’t forget the power of incumbency. North Dakota would re-elect Dorgan and Conrad, Rat senators while the Republican nominee would win 60-65% of the vote.
The power of incumbency is real—but with sound strategy and big money every Democrat incumbent senator can be taken down in a solid red state.
That means hanging them by the woke and illegal alien rope—you know they cast votes and/or made statements that can be used against them.
We must not be afraid of offending folks—defeating incumbents means laying it out there on the line.
To me that is one of the lessons of the Trump era.
I could not agree with you more.
I love the fact that DJT came close to taking New Jersey!
I don’t like Trump, and I really wish there were other viable political candidates who recognized the importance of rolling back the power of the administrative state.
He’s a deeply flawed human being, but he’s on the right side of the most important issues. And not enough others are.
Well, Adam Schiff was that terrible ...
While folks here like to focus on “issues” what many voters care about is passion.
They want someone who really cares about them—not someone who carefully navigates talking points.
They also want someone who has proven courage—that could be on the battlefield, that could be fighting mass media enemies, that could be fighting on despite lawfare against them, that could be surviving assassination attempts.
Republicans who think that being right on the issues is good enough—imho are just wrong.
We need fighters who earn voter respect.
What separates President Trump is all the adversity he has faced—and overcome.
A squeaky clean resume and zero errors does not get it done.
Being right on the issue requires more than just saying the right things, it means being willing to fight the entrenched interests.
Correct—and that includes a track record of courage.
The establishment Republicans do not have that street cred.
It could be that Independent and Democrat voters despised Kamala.
The data I have seen indicates the Democrats held for Kamala—98% or close to that.
Imho Independents are mostly Republicans or Democrats in disguise—so yeah that broke for President Trump but that does not explain why.
Or tell them those claims have been “debunked”.
