Just buy the working equipment and a few studios. Pennies on the dollar. Current talent is let go.
Run Prager U. Hillsdale college. New Florida H. And New Texas U. content. Report on government spending, earmarks, government fraud, lenient judges, Soros DA’s, etc.

If the seller requires taking the "talent" as part of the deal, offer them salaries at minimum wage, with a requirement to "work from home", that is, stay away from the cameras.
