The reason the DOJ was able to coerce so many plea deals from J6 defendants is because they charged them with 18 USC Section 1512(c)(2), a federal obstruction of justice statute, which can carry a 20 YEAR prison term.

The reason the DOJ was able to coerce so many plea deals from J6 defendants is because they charged them with 18 USC Section 1512(c)(2), a federal obstruction of justice statute, which can carry a 20 YEAR prison term.

The Supreme Court ruled that the DOJ illegally used the statute, which should have nullified most of the major charges against J6 defendants.

But instead of accepting this, the DOJ then began manufacturing other “crimes” and adding sentencing enhancements to cases instead.

The Biden-Harris DOJ is corrupt to the core.

Matthew Graves belongs in jail for what he’s done.

We really need to look into how we can prosecute these corrupt DOJ officials in the second Trump administration. Pardoning the J6 political prisoners and then agreeing to a huge damage award in their class action lawsuit which we tell them to file is not enough. The bad actors at DOJ and in the FIB need to be punished.

January 20, 2025 needs to be the release date for every one of these political prisoners.

Lawfare is a conspiracy to deprive citizens of their civil rights.

"The Biden-Harris DOJ is corrupt to the core."

The Biden-Harris DOJ is also traitorous to the core.

If there is “...a huge damage award...”

It should be paid out of the existing budget of the “DOJ and in the FIB.”

Along with the judges in the district who have allowed it to happen. There is no hope of these people going to trial to defend themselves in this highly partisan town.

The J6 pardons issued by PDJT should include legalization of lawsuits against every Just-Us dept official involved with anything related to J6 incarcerations. Also included should be guards, managers, etc of the dungeons where J6 folks are being kept. Here is where the imprisoned J6 folks can help by notifying us folks outside of the names of the guards, managers, etc. All those involved in maintaining the incarceration of J6 attendees can then be targeted by lawsuits. Financial penalties should be substantial if not ruinous.

Better yet, Trump should pardon all and award them “legal settlements” of $10 million each. No taxes and it cannot be prevented by any court.

🚨 NEW: Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson says there is a “NATIONWIDE ISSUE with Dominion Voter Access Terminals,” preventing voters from making certain selections.

Of course there is 🙄

According to her office, this “programming issue” CANNOT be fixed, and voters are… pic.twitter.com/O6HPChDMbK— Nick Sortor (@nicksortor) October 30, 2024

If it all goes well, Congress should dissolve the DC circuit. Then form it again minus all those Communist Judges who railroaded the J6 political prisoners.

“Obstruction of justice”

Hmm, because the left are the ones who interrupted Sen Ted Cruz and another fellas arguments on the floor which they were in the middle of, as was their right, by opening the doors to the Capitol building, knowing that the crowd would pour in and disrupt the proceedings! Seems like the left obstructed an attempt at justice by disrupting the proceedings because things weren’t going well for them!

Violation of civil rights under color of law. It’s easy to prosecute. And it’s not just for southern sheriffs in Selma Alabama.

The DOJ waited until Lady Justice had to go to the lil girls room then false flagged the Capitol. Then used NSA archives to track all you suckers down. It was so easy!
