"OUR TOP STORY TONIGHT! THE SECRET MEETING WILL BE HELD IN A NEW LOCATION! WE WILL BE IN THE GENARI BUILDING IN JERUSALEM!"
The thing about organizations, any organization, is they tend to go downhill after the people who start them retire. There are lots of reasons for this. Initially, the organization has some pressing job that simply must succeed. It gets the best possible workers and leaders. As time goes on the jobs performed get less challenging or less interesting and the better candidates go elsewhere. Also, people in the organization use their position to get jobs for their relatives or friends and those are almost never good employees. Later, they become leaders. As you might expect, they’re more interested in their status than in doing a good job. The worst offender is the politically appointed leader. I’m thinking of Dr. Rachel Levine our transgender “admiral” in charge of the US public health service.*

Or everybody else just stay home.
