The latest polling from the Senate Opportunity Fund (SOF) is all bad news for Democrats. First off, former President Trump is leading in the swing states of Nevada and Wisconsin. Secondly, the U.S. Senate races in Nevada, Wisconsin, AND Ohio appear to be slipping away from Democrats.
Currently, Democrats hold all three of those U.S. Senate seats, and a month ago no one really thought the Republican challengers had much of a chance. There was some hope in the increasingly red state of Ohio, but almost none in Wisconsin and Nevada.
Thanks to almost certain turnovers in Montana and West Virginia, the GOP felt comfortable about holding the U.S. Senate, but only by one vote.
Slowly but surely, that’s all changed.
In the RealClearPolitics (RCP) average poll of U.S. Senate polls, in Ohio, Republican challenger Bernie Moreno is down only a single point behind incumbent Democratic Sen. Sherrod Brown, 46.3 to 47.3 percent. This new poll has Moreno leading by two, 49 to 47 percent.

Nevada is the asking-a-lot one. Pray.
If we get an early signal from NH or VA, the western blue states will fall like a domino.
Of all the candidates, I want Mr. Brown to become a Senator. He seemed so genuine when he reassured President Trump that he would be the Border Senator. I want to believe him simply because he knows what a blessing it is to even be alive today.
With 4 or 5 new conservative senators coupled with a Mitch retirement bodes well for our Nation. Trump will need some extra votes in the Senate just in case Murkowski, Collins and Romney get pesky.
**I want Mr. Brown to become a Senator.**
Could he close the deal with more money? If so it’s on us.
Hopefully, the border and California crime chaos might finally cost the Democrats Nevada.
Isn't Hussein helping out there? Where's Oprah?
I think Trump wins easily…..men will not vote for Kamala..and women want a man for President….Hillary could not make it.
The press is not like eight years ago….
They didn’t mention Michigan, Pennsylvania and Arizona all of which Republicans could definitely win. Republicans will win in West Virginia, Montana and Ohio beyond a doubt.
Romney is retiring
That is exactly how I read it.
Watch VA!
If it is “Too Close to Call”, its going to be a good night!
Kamala was full of joy--in August.
“I want Brown to become a senator.”
Indeed and right. What Brown needs now is money to dig out those last few votes needed to put him over the top. McConnell just gave him several million, but he is still outspent. Rosen hears Brown’s footsteps coming up from behind.
Moreno, McCormick, Hovde, Brown, and Lake all have a shot to win, but—I could be wrong—I believe all of them except Hovde are being outspent. Hung Cao in Virginia also has an outside chance to beat Kaine. A GOP House with 55-56 GOP senators would give Trump an excellent chance to solve some of the many problems Democrats have created.
For the love of God, don’t say “red wave”.
