Lawfare has become a campaign tool by another means.
A lawyer for the ‘Central Park Five’ recently announced that they were suing Trump. Why would accused rapists and muggers, whom Trump had attacked for decades, suddenly sue him now?
Democrats are panicking over Kamala’s numbers among black men. The lawsuit appears conveniently timed for the campaign to win over young black men.
Consider, a week after Kamala released her strategy to win over black men, the Central Park Five lawsuit was filed.
And who’s filing the lawsuit?
The lawyer for the Five is Shanin Specter. If that name sounds at all familiar, it’s because he’s the son of Senator Arlen Specter. Kline & Specter is a heavily Democrat law firm, where 95% of donations go to Democrats and where Rep. Conor Lamb joined the firm two years ago.
It’s not exactly farfetched to view this as yet another politically coordinated lawfare operation.
Apart from launching prosecutions of the former president, Democrats have found litigants willing to sue him. The sheer number of these cases and their timing make it clear that this is lawfare.
Previous lawsuits were meant to attack Trump on issues related to women. This one is meant to hit him on a black issue.
Lawfare has become a campaign tool by another means. Is it legal? Is it ethical? It’s neither one.

I was disappointed that Trisha Meili didn’t sue the central part 5 after their 41 million dollar settlement. These scumbags committed a heinous crime and profited handsomely from it. They have no business running around loose, much less enjoying the lives of millionaires.
Vultures, Sharks and the Donkey Partners in Crime ...
I honestly thought that these men had OD'd long ago like an out of control musician.

1. What is the statute of limitations on defamation?
2. Trump’s opponents defame him every damn day. Why can’t he sue them?
1. The statute of limitations for defamation is normally just 1 year, but different states have extended it to two or three years.
1a. It is not about the law but about the “rightness” of the accusation. That is lawfare at its most basic - sue and get headlines, even though the case is later dismissed.
2. Trump can expect no help from any legal team that he hires, since lawyers are all about keeping the billable hours flowing, and the left will steer a case to a judge that will rule against Trump because .,.. orange man bad. Over half of his former lawyers have been sued for some fictional disciplinary action, and stayed quiet or lost their bar license.
Real lawyers, please feel free to correct/update these statements.
We need a new tort law that requires that whoever brings a lawsuit or criminal charges loses their case, they must reimburse the person being sued or tried all of their legal expenses, tripled.

Apparently they are not suing Trump for what he said in 1989, but for what he said in a debate with Kommie. In the debate Trump said they plead guilty and were convicted, which is true except only 4 of the 5 plead guilty.
Comms for just Russia forces themselves has been one of the greatest challenges they’ve faced this war, and adding an intact, foreign military fighting force will not make matters any easier.>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
Soon Vladimir will realize that his use of the N. Koreans in suicide attacks will cause Kim to decide that he will hegin colonizing sectors of Russia.Kim needs natural resources and vodka.Kim can easily be bought with Hennessey Cognac . It would only take about 10 minutes on the phone for Trump to turn Kim against poor Vlad.
Why can’t he sue them?>>>>>>>>>>
He could in the UK.
But in USA, defamation law cannot apply to public figures such as Trump. He would have no standing to sue.
Difficult bto oin USA for public figures.
THANKS FOR THE PING
