Vice President Kamala Harris reportedly has no campaign events scheduled for Tuesday (October 22), exactly two weeks before the 2024 presidential election.
Harris' decision not to campaign on Tuesday drew criticism from her opponent, former President Donald Trump, who claimed that she's "sleeping," during a Latino roundtable event in Doral, Florida, on Tuesday (October 22).
"She's not doing anything today," Trump claimed via the New York Post.
Harris is, however, scheduled for interviews with NBC News' Hallie Jackson and Telemundo's Julio Vaqueiro in Washington, D.C. on Tuesday. The vice president's running mate, Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz, is campaigning alongside former President Barack Obama in Madison, Wisconsin, Tuesday afternoon.
Walz is also scheduled to appear at a rally in Racine, while Obama will appear in Detroit Tuesday night. Trump is scheduled to hold a rally in Greensboro, North Carolina, having already appeared at the meeting in Doral, where he bashed both Harris and Walz.
"Then she’s got that, the worst governor in the country," Trump said via NBC News. "I think she made a horrible mistake. We’ll see what happens. On Nov. 5, you know, let’s see what happens. But there’s something wrong with him. Honestly, there’s something wrong — and then something wrong with her, too. She’s slow, low IQ, something, I don’t know what the hell it is, but they lied.”
Trump's running mate, Ohio Sen. JD Vance, is scheduled for an event in Peoria, Arizona, Tuesday afternoon, as well as a rally at the Pima County Fairgrounds in Tucson later in the evening.

Archbishop Carlo Maria Viganò has announced his endorsement of President Donald Trump, warning that a vote for Democrat presidential nominee Kamala Harris “is morally inadmissible and constitutes a very grave sin.”

Maybe they’re just going to let the massive fraud talk.

Softball questions, edited answers when she F's it up with wandering say-nothing word salads.
Talk about a Potemkin candidate.
And do note the recent Town Hall where someone tried to ask a question and had to be told that all of the questions had already been vetted ahead of time and that no one was allowed to ask any actual questions. Everything was pre-arranged.
In the Basement Biden worked. So maybe shutting out Kamala is good also.
“Joy” is gone, so the “surprising new strategy” is:
1. “Democracy is fragile. On the one hand, blah blah blah” over and over and over told in that horrible faux mom voice speaking to children.
2. Shrieking, grimacing, and wild, uncontrollable arm flapping. Then lots more grimacing and arm flapping.
3. Grinning like the cat who ate the canary.
4. “Trump is Hitler. Trump is Hitler. TRUMP IS HITLER!!!! NEVER AGAIN put him behind the Great Seal of the United States.”
5. “We must turn the page and move forward.” (Whoa, back the turnip truck up there. We have to turn the page on the last 3.5 years of YOU as VP? WTH??)
She has such a positive, uplifting message and a clear exposition of where she wants to lead the country.
Worse candidate in the history of the country. By a country mile.
The equivalent of heading to the basement and letting the steal take place.
Maybe some protestant pastors will begin speaking out too?
Harris is really blowing it.
With the 1/3 ot the voters being liberals that she is guaranteed to get, and the large proportion of people who won’t vote anyway, she only needs to steal 10% or so. The vote counting machines will do most of the work. There are no Republicans in any position of power that are willing to stand up and nobody else has standing in the courts. I hope to be surprised and if I am I will be really really surprised.
Maybe she’s going silent hoping to reduce her negatives and believes its in the bag for her.
Not a single thing comes to mind.....

I’m beginning to think we should put the softball analogy to bed and say “t-ball questions”.
Kamala is like a four year old swinging the bat at a baseball on a t and still missing.

I agree.
my first thought too. the basement strategy worked well for biden but kammy will take it to a deeper depth than the deepest depth that biden dug it to, which is, as you know, the deepest depth that’s deeper than deep and yet still secure in the knowledge that the deeper than deep depth of kammy’s deep intelligence will overcome her deepness of deep thought to save the day. just a thought.
