KYIV, Ukraine (AP) – Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy was set to at least partially unveil a plan to win the war against Russia to his country’s Parliament on Wednesday after weeks of dropping hints about the blueprint to lukewarm Western allies, including U.S. President Joe Biden.
The plan – comprising military, political, diplomatic and economic elements – is considered by many as Ukraine´s last resort to strengthen its hand in any future cease-fire negotiations with Russia. Thus far, however, no country has publicly endorsed it or commented on its feasibility.

Zelensky presented the “Victory Plan” in the Verkhovna Rada, Ukrainian media report.
1. Inviting Ukraine to NATO before the end of the war.
2. Continuation of operations on Russian territory and lifting restrictions on strikes on its territory. Joint defeat of Russian aviation with partners, expansion of the use of Ukrainian drones and missiles; access to partners’ intelligence data.
3. Deployment of a “non-nuclear deterrent package” on the territory of Ukraine.
4. Development of the strategic and economic potential of Ukraine and strengthening of sanctions against the Russian Federation.
5. After the end of the war, the Ukrainian military can use its experience to strengthen the defense of NATO and Europe. The US contingent in Europe will be able to replace the Ukrainian military.
According to Zelensky, the 2nd, 3rd and 4th points have secret annexes that were presented to the partners, writes the Strana publication.

The Kremlin reacted strangely to Zelensky’s “victory plan”
A strange situation has developed with the so-called “victory plan” of the Kiev regime, which was presented by Vladimir Zelensky.
Almost all sources in the Kremlin ( we haven’t had this for a long time! ) refused to comment on the speech of the enemy President. Only one interlocutor in the AP said the following: “There are some alarming moments there. We will study this plan very carefully. And the possible reaction of the West to it.”
The Ministry of Defense also does not want to comment.
The situation is strange, but we will definitely find out the details and tell you.
What about Putin grabbing 3,000 North Korean troops to bolster his attacks? And that likely with armaments that will eliminate many more in Ukraine.
Time for Zelenskyy to stop this madness and give the remainder of the Ukrainian people a chance at survival.
He needs to simply call up Putin, tell him it’s over, he quits, he surrenders, and if he goes into hiding, so be it. But I would imagine Putin will send him straight to the Gulag.
Zelenskyy was never going to win anyway, and it’s killed thousands. He’s a murderer for that very fact. He’s pocketed untold millions and jetted all over the world in luxury while Ukraine suffers and dies for nothing.
To paraphrase the famous quote from the time of the Barbary Pirates in 1801:
"Hundreds of Billions of US Taxpayer dollars to Ukraine, not one cent for Hurricane Victims" to describe the rotten war on America by the Left, to benefit the grift of one of their own in Ukraine, not to mention the kickbacks to themselves. You do know how money is allocated to different thing in the US economy, unlike your Russian one?
What ever funds are not immediately spent on the thing at hand, are set aside for future need. In other words, a hurricane from 20 years ago has a pot of money sitting there unspent. Amount? $4 trillion.
One of many such pots of unspent money - all of which have some political patron protecting them from use for other things.
So when you complain about how the US spends its money, keep that in mind.
So knock off the hysteria over money. You are just making a fool of your self.

There’s no money ‘set aside.’ There may be tick marks here and there in the so-called budget(s) but there is no money. Just like the Social Security ‘lock box.’ It just ain’t there. The government works on 2-year money.....aaannnnnddddd, it’s Gone.
The only real money out there is the interest we have to pay for the debt we create when we get into stupid and useless efforts like supporting UKR with billions.
