The “election integrity lawyer” for the Republican Party in Arizona, Kory Langhofer, has resigned.

The “election integrity lawyer” for the Republican Party in Arizona, Kory Langhofer, has resigned. This means that 3 days before mail in ballots are dropping in Arizona, the AZGOP and TeamTrump don’t have a lawyer to fight election fraud in Arizona..

Kory resigned TODAY and his resignation will go into effect on Wednesday, October 9, 2024 (the same day that early voting begins in Arizona). He resigned because he was unwilling to file a lawsuit over the 218,000 unconfirmed US citizen (illegal aliens) voters that Adrian Fontes , the anti-Trump Democrat Secretary of State in Arizona, has refused to remove from the voter rolls.

It’s worth noting that Langhofer served as Litigation counsel for Mitt Romney’s 2012 presidential campaign. He also served as General counsel for Carly Fiorina’s 2016 presidential campaign when she ran against Donald Trump.

In other words, he’s a total RINO who never should have been chosen to represent Donald Trump or the AZ GOP and GOP in Arizona

This is a major problem and it needs to be resolved ASAP.

...

Did Ronna hire the Lib lawyer?

Why wasn’t his career backgrounds reviewed before

...

Langhofer played a big role in covering up the 2020 election shenanigans. Now, we can get an honest lawyer who understands the issue. Hopefully, a lawyer that America First Legal vets

Who put him in charge of election integrity in AZ anyway?

...

Fraud was rampant in AZ in 2020 and 2022... on top of that we had issues with incorrect ballot sizes, Sharpies being distributed in Rep areas and anecdotal issues of mass fraud that never saw the inside of a courtroom...

...

The number of registered Arizona voters affected by a 20-year-old coding glitch in state databases has now more than doubled, to 218,000, Democrat Secretary of State Adrian Fontes announced Monday.

...

Trump needs to hire real Patriotic Lawyers who have the balls to do what it takes to ensure Election Integrity.

This spineless coward Langhofer shouldn’t even be in the same room as Trump let alone on his payroll.

This is so annoying.

...

Who needs enemies when you've got sell-outs like Kory Langhofer. This guy is has never had election integrity on his agenda.

None can vote for president.

Lara Trump is in charge of these efforts and I’m not sure she has the experience to lead the election integrity issue. This guy should have been swept out long ago. Working fir Romney and Fiorina should be a disqualifier alone.

The only reason that election officials do not have proof of citizenship for most of the 200,000-something voters in question is that they registered years before the state required proof of citizenship or kept records about it.

Despite this being hashed around for weeks, no evidence that indicates a large number, if any, are illegal aliens. How hard would it have been to chase down some of the identities, and come up with illegal registrants to tout? Simple things like running the list of identities through the Social Security Birth and Death Indices, or State Vital Statistics don’t seem to have been attempted. I call BS on this even being an issue — people are worked up over a red herring.

Langhofer likely knows this, and refuses to abuse the court system just to make political propaganda for a case that, if somehow “successful” could force older Republican US citizens re-register at the last second.

Absolutely. I’m told, here in Michigan, that Kamala is now several points ahead of Trump.

It’s just absurd. It’s like the ‘big setup’ - this MUST be the narrative if you expect to lie to everyone after election day.

The Left is enhancing its efforts to undermine November’s election in Arizona. Sources informed Laura Loomer that Arizona Republican Party and Team Trump Election Integrity Lawyer Kory Langhofer resigned because he was unwilling to file a lawsuit over the 218,000 unconfirmed U.S. citizen voters that Arizona Secretary of State Adrian Fontes has refused to remove from the voter rolls. Langhofer’s resignation will go into effect on Wednesday, October 9th, the same day early voting begins in Arizona. Langhofer’s resignation comes at the worst time possible, as the Left is intensifying its efforts to undermine election integrity in Arizona. On Sunday, College Republicans at ASU revealed via X that 70,000 students enrolled at Arizona State University received a text from the Harris campaign. Thousands of Arizona State students are now questioning how the Harris campaign received access to their personal data without their permission. It is important to note that Arizona State President Michael Crow is also Chairman of The Board for In-Q-Tel, a CIA venture capital firm. Sadly, Arizona State is not the only location in the Copper State where the Left is unleashing its election interference tactics. Last week, Loomer Unleashed reported about Arizona Secretary of State Adrian Fontes creating the Unique URL Program, which allows nonprofit organizations to register voters within the State of Arizona. Although nonprofits are supposed to be apolitical, the nonprofits involved in Secretary of State Adrian Fontes’s Unique URL program support Border Czar Harris’s open border policies. It is fundamental that election integrity experts keep a close eye on Arizona.

For what it is worth, I read recently that the vast majority of the 218,000 registered voters in question are likely republicans based upon the demographics when the questionable voter registration occurred — prior to 1996 — when Arizona was a solid red state.

Perhaps Langhofer refused to file the lawsuit because he thought it would hurt more than help republican candidates.

he was one of over a million Rino Republican leaders set in key position, who was set in place to strategically undermine via a poison pill any America First, candidates, laws and resolutions that could save our nation from Socialism... a former McCainite and SM slave to McCain’s (when alive) Jezebel wife.

republicans not registered properly must not vote... and we can count on the liberal socialist deep state members to vote liberal with the names, addresses and id’s that belong to these illegitimate former living-resident republicans... who are not registered, do not live here or are already DEAD.

quitting in the heat of battle, is not a protest... its their plan.

"The trouble is that most Republicans with the right pedigree and qualifications are RINOs. MAGA folks don’t have such degrees, generally speaking."

If alien residents can be undocumented voters, then perhaps MAGA folks should just become undocumented lawyers.

They may be “here legally”... but if they are here voting illegally, the effect and result is the same.

If he made a file, it should still be in the office. Just find another lawyer, and pay him for his billed work so he can have no lien on the file.

“The database error called into question the citizenship status of 100,000 registered Arizona voters, affecting individuals who obtained their driver’s licenses before October 1996, and subsequently received duplicates before registering to vote after 2004....”

https://www.foxnews.com/politics/arizona-supreme-court-rules-98000-people-citizenship-unconfirmed-vote-pivotal-election

OK, that probably describes me. I had a driver’s license for along time, renewing by Internet when possible. I’m military and moved back to Arizona in 2005. I had been registered to vote absentee, but went in person after moving back.

“The Arizona Supreme Court ruled last month that the original batch of voters can cast a full ballot in this year’s election because they registered long ago and attested under the penalty of perjury that they are citizens. The justices said the voters were not at fault for the error and shouldn’t be disenfranchised so close to the Nov. 5 general election.

Fontes said that ruling should also apply to the new batch of voters, who are nearly evenly split among Democrats, Republicans and voters who aren’t registered with either of those parties.”

https://abcnews.go.com/US/wireStory/number-voters-unconfirmed-citizenship-documents-doubles-battleground-arizona-114405545

Seriously, this involves people who have been registered to vote for years and who did everything they (we?) were expected to do. And you want 5% of longtime Arizona voters to be rejected because of a computer coding error? People who have had valid drivers licenses for decades?

And please notice this does NOT involve the national election. It only applies to STATE elections.

So what is the problem with allowing people who have been voting for DECADES to continue to cast votes in the state where they have been licensed to drive for 30+ years and voting for up to 20 years?
