This is just a photo op scam. It’s made to look like the administration is doing something, when it’s not. Get FEMA off it ass and start fixing the infrastructure. These people need roads repaired, electricity restored, and water flowing again. The $750 is a joke, since they have no bank open to deposit the check, no roads to drive to the bank if the banks were open, and no stores open to buy something if they could drive to a store.
Get the infrastructure fix instead of standing their in your little black jacket trying to look like you did something.
