You mean like RFK Jr and Tulsi Gabbard? Got them. Don’t need you. Get lost like Romney and Flake.

I don’t think Nikki is a RINO.

Nikki is worse. I think Nikki is a Quisling.

She can’t stay loyal for more than 5 minutes. She purposefully started a radio show to pull this stunt. Go work for some liberal lobbyist, Nimrata. You’re a traitor to conservatives.

She sounds like the impotent RA in your dorm at college who tells the room with the great party going on to turn down the music.

They were hoping to “Bush” Trump with Haley as the VP pick. That way, when Trump’s term was done she could be the “no new taxes” air apparent running on Trump’s legacy but having non intention of doing anything but going back to the RINO days.

Vance didn’t pan out to be the disaster they hoped. Instead, he looks the part or heir apparent and continuing to marginalize the RINOs.

Now the RINO that Nicky is, she seeks to sabotage.

Yes. Liberty, Freedom, a sovereign Constitutional Republic, repudiation of globalism, and America First are such “fringed-out” things.

Quote: “ Barry Goldwater lost in a landslide.”

Because the RINO’s of the day (George Romney and Rockefeller) sabotaged him and did so vigorously. Two people refused to join them and campaigned for Goldwater.

George Romney and Rockefeller were consigned to the dust bin of history. The two who supported Goldwater? Nixon and Reagan won in landslides.

She's basically saying 'we'll never agree with you and you need people who disagree with you to win. Ergo, you need to become one of us.' Why not the other way around, neocon hack?

Their solution to everything is to cut the conservatives out and go back to business as usual. Tea Party, Reaganism, MAGA ... every time they work overtime to destoy the grass roots movement and return to uniparty bliss.

I, for one, am never going back to supporting that. never.

How can anyone be sure these days?
The New Deal, Dean Acheson wrote approvingly in a book called A Democrat Looks At His Party, “conceived of the federal government as the whole people organized to do what had to be done.” A year later, Mr. (Arthur) Larson wrote A Republican Looks At His Party, and made much the same claim in his book for modern Republicans. The “underlying philosophy” of the New Republicanism, said Mr. Larson, is that “if a job has to be done to meet the needs of the people, and no one else can do it, then it is the proper function of the federal government.”

Here we have, by prominent spokesmen of both political parties, an unqualified repudiation of the principle of limited government. There is no reference by either of them to the Constitution, or any attempt to define the legitimate functions of government. The government can do whatever needs to be done; note, too, the implicit but necessary assumption that it is the government itself that determines what needs to be done. We must not, I think, underrate the importance of these statements. They reflect the view of a majority of the leaders of one of our parties, and of a strong minority among the leaders of the other, and they propound the first principle of totalitarianism: that the State is competent to do all things and is limited in what it actually does only by the will of those who control the State. …

The Conscience of a Conservative (1960), Chapter 2, page 15
As Goldwater’s book noted, the RINOs, then known as the “New Republicans”, were 100 percent on board with the Democrats. Who’s to say that didn’t extend to fraud, even back then?

BTW, Bush won in 2004 while using similar rhetoric as Goldwater, handily beating John Kerry.

Bush was running as a so called Compahonate Conservative in 2004. I think that Goldwater was a little too trigger happy Nuclear Wise. Today’s leftists sound like him on Nuclear War. Trump sounds like JFK.

What gives you that impression?

The same thing was said of Reagan, re: “trigger-happy”.

The last person I want Trump to sound like is JFK. And he does not, which is why the left hates him so much. As for JFK, remember Reagan’s letter to Nixon where he said of him, “Under the tousled boyish haircut is still old Karl Marx”?

“Glad Nikki has a job.
Trump won’t give her a job in his Administration.”

Appoint her as our UN Ambassador again, but this time she can announce, doubtlessly through clenched teeth, our withdrawal from the UN and revocation of diplomatic status for all UN employees. That would serve them both right.

I remember that race. That was another Democrat smear job on Goldwater. You must be too young to know about it.

I would remind MAGA, you need everybody.

Not 100% true, but Hillary's intolerance didn't help her in 2016. If Haley ever runs again, she also will need "everybody."
