Nikki Haley talks with a caller about the factions of the Republican Party on her new SiriusXM program: "A lot of Americans wanted to see the change that Donald Trump brought in. But what you're seeing is the MAGA movement's doing what the Tea Party did. It's starting to fringe out, and they're caring about these one-off issues that wasn't something that was thought about. That's not all of MAGA, but you're seeing it kind of fringe out. And what's concerning is you're seeing certain MAGA people not like other Republicans. And so MAGA doesn't like moderate Republicans. They don't necessarily talk about Independents. And the biggest thing I'll say, especially going into a presidential election, I would remind MAGA, you need everybody. You need those RINOs you talk about. You need suburban women. You need Independents. You need people who don't necessarily think like you because that's how you win an election."

From Day One, MAGA has been about Draining the Swamp.
It is Populism. A rejection of elitism.
It is THIS that so terrifies the RINO types, who really do not deserve to have a label since they are such a tiny number. They sense that their achievements are being declared non existent, because moving essentially DOWNWARDS to elitism is not elevation. It is erasure.
Independents support Populism. This is how Trump won.
They are all utterly desperate for him to lose. They truly, 100% believe the party will return to them. It will be more spirit crushing than anything they have yet seen after Trump finishes his term (or leaves early for Vance) and the party remains Populist — erasing them forever.
Maybe, maybe not.
