This is Victor Davis Hanson on “The Case For Trump”

It was 5 years ago yet it all still holds true today. Trump is authentic. You know him. Warts and all. His results are proven.
My cousin lives in Valdosta. Projection is that the entire city of Valdosta will have power restored by this coming Saturday.
She lives in Argyle, a village on US84 east of Valdosta. I would bet that the power company gets around to them last since the area is sparsely populated. All they have is one flashing light stoplight................
Where I grew up, that would be considered a BIG TOWN.
Where I grew up in Mississippi that was a city...............
WATCH: Trump just brought up Billy Graham’s son, Franklin Graham, to pray for the victims of Hurricane Helene
“Father, we pray that as we come to this election that your will be done. We pray for the President. Strengthen him, protect him.”
“Thank you, Mr. President, for coming and helping to put a spotlight on this city, this state, in this region that has lost so much. Thank you. May God bless you.”
That was a beautiful prayer. Only the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ can save America from this mess. AMEN

Thank you for donating. Encourage others to do the same. Luckily, my town is doing okay. But other towns near me are not.
Samaritans purse is always first on the scene. They can always use money but I just watched them asking for volunteers. There is such massive loss they will need all the people they can get. My heart just breaks for those good people.
“Where I grew up in Mississippi that was a city...”
When I was a kid my whole family lived in a paper sack inside of a septic tank! ;)
(Old Monty Python skit)
Yes I already used that earlier today.
Thanks for your prayers!
She had a CATSCAN, no concussion, but she was pretty banged up.
The footage of the flooded white ambulance vehicle- the vehicle says Unicoi Emergency Services. Unicoi County hospital is a 10 bed facility up the road from Erwin,TN county seat of Unicoi County.
This is all in a long mountain valley area that drains off the mountains to the Nolichucky River. The Unicoi County was fully evacuated (flooded out) of 54 people of which 11 were hospital patients (medevac helicopter) and remaining staff and medical personnel. National Guard Blackhawk Helicopters lifted them off the roof top of the building, as did medevac. A topographic map of the area has, of course many mtn streams draining down to the valley (farms there), and to the Nolichucky which feeds two other rivers down from there into NC -— the French Broad River and the Pigeon River— major tributaries (French Broad runs to/through Asheville- massively flooding and moving flood downstream from there. Broad River continues iirc into South Carolina and the low country around Columbia, SC. Water finds its level.
Yes— To HELL with Roy Cooper and his stooge AG Josh Stein.
Mark Robinson is out with the people helping get supplies to them, water they can drink, especially.
Cooper is a SNAKE. Never forget his conversation at the Raleigh airport with Xiden “NC will pull it through for your Joe!!”. Well, they DID not pull through. NC is Trump Country. They are vicious demonrat pols and their union/teacher’s union thugs— passive aggressive and real aggressive. The working union people cannot stand the dems, generally. Not talking about SEIU and Com. Worker unions, but the heavy duty— Teamsters, EWA etc.
And when he figured out he could ROLL IT instead of CARRYING IT - Mankind took off like a rocket! :)
My wife and I lost house AND everything we own just south of that hospital that everyone nationwide has seen...
SO many are hurting right now. I understand that Franklin Graham is working hard to help back there.
What do you see for resources on the ground? Churches?....
As I posted , my friends in Tenn have their house still but their friends lost their business and home.
