As Twitchy readers know, Kamala Harris skipped the Al Smith dinner. Of note, she is the first presidential candidate to do so in 40 years (since Walter Mondale skipped in 1984) which is really not a great look for a candidate many people already don't like or trust. Chuck Schumer must know this because he tried smoothing things over with Cardinal Dolan about her missing the dinner.
In other words, he gossiped about Kamala behind her back to make excuses for why she wasn't there.
And gave up a bit too much info that Dolan was more than happy to share:

I added FR keyword Reagan1984, since Cardinal Dolan mentioned it, plus I believe Trump is going to equal Reagan’s vote totals or exceed them. Reagan would be ecstatic.
Now if Cardinal Dolan could convince Catholics to stop voting for democrats that would be a plus.
For four years she has worked for a boss who has done exactly such. Nothing out of the ordinary.
This is significant because even though he is nothing but an evil tumor, Schumer never does anything by accident. He knew this would surface to the public view. The question now is, why. Why would a president Harris be so much a threat to the establishment that even a snake like Schumer would seek to undermine her.

Not making her own decisions is an asset, to members of the Deep State and leaders of the Democrat Party. That’s just what they want - someone who will be a figurehead and follow orders.
At some point, they may decide to just let Trump win and then engineer the collapse on his watch.

That occurred to me as well. Call it the fallback plan. Last time they did it with covid, this time they’ll do it with financial collapse. Only this time people will go to jail.
Harris is sending an indirect message that she’s anti-Semitic, anti-Christian and anti-American. Just what the Red Fascists ordered.
She’s a shoe-in in their book (their being John O. Brennan, Obama, Soros, Blackrock, MIC, CIA, Schwab/WEF, UN, China, WHO, DOJ, etc.) and Schumer is right there with her, just playing the good cop, that’s all.
Yeah, there are at least 170 EVs that will not vote GOP in the current environment. Probably closer to 225 EVs locked for the DEMs. No way does this come even close to Reagan’s 1984. At best, a repeat of 2016. At worse, 2020.
Back then, many Democrats were fully comfortable voting for the affable Reagan at the top of the ticket and then voting for their guys down-ticket (which was why Reagan never had a true GOP majority to work with in Congress). Also, more women were married back then and tended to vote along with their man on these things.
Nowadays, the women are mostly radicalized and focused on the right to kill their babies (abortion). Which is ironic because easy abortion actually favors the men and lets them off the hook with regard to supporting their children. Just have the woman abort the child and he can have rampant sex with no consequences.
