Legal Watchdog Group Warns Pro-Trump Lawyers Against Subverting Democracy in November

New ads running in legal journals are warning lawyers: “Don’t lose your law license because of Trump.”

After the 2020 election, legal watchdogs, outraged at some of their colleagues, filed scores of ethics complaints against lawyers who used their skills in questionable ways to help former President Donald J. Trump stay in power.

And in the past few years, the groups have had some notable successes, securing judgments that have led to pro-Trump lawyers like John Eastman and Rudolph W. Giuliani having their law licenses deactivated.

Now, one of these groups — the 65 Project — is taking a more proactive approach. Starting on Thursday, the group’s organizers are planning to run advertisements in legal journals published in swing states, reminding lawyers that they are ethically barred from bringing false claims on behalf of any client.

“Don’t risk your law license by joining an effort to subvert democracy,” one of the ads says. “We — and the public — are watching.”

The ads, which are initially set to appear in both print and online in Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin, will be coming out just as Republicans and Democrats alike are gearing up for what could be an exceptionally bitter legal fight over the election.

Democrats are expecting an aggressive Republican effort to challenge voters, rules and, possibly, the results of the race. In preparation, Vice President Kamala Harris’s campaign has assembled an expansive legal team of hundreds of lawyers and thousands of volunteers meant to be a bulwark against multiple certification battles and mass voter challenges.

98% of the country’s lawyers are Maoists...99% of our judges are Maoists.

What about the far, far greater number who have used their skills to precipitate and maintain political trials against Trump?

It’s a legal intimidation group, not a “watchdog group”, and they are trying to intimidate anyon from LEGALLY challenging any election results that “watchdog group” likes.

By their standard, Al Gore was the biggest subverter of democracy there ever was.

When Democrats say, “subvert democracy”, or “emdanger democracy”, what they really mean is simply anything that challenges them.

I am torn between cringing and laughing when talking heads continue with the “our democracy” crap. RATs are so stupid that they actually believe that America is a democracy.

~~~
Everything is reverse speak to these people.
They call it “Subverting Democracy”, but what they mean is ‘protecting election fraud’ by allowing illegals to vote and harvested ballots to be included.
Notice they keep using the word democracy?
Democracy to them just means including every ballot they can possibly get into a ballot box.
What they don’t care about is enfranchised citizens selecting the candidates they want representing them in our constitutional republic. In fact, they hate that.
The left is always projecting. They give away their plans every single time they point fingers.
By now Republicans should be experienced enough to head it off by reminding the voters. Whatever they say the right is going to do-the left will do instead.
The right is rarely prepared when the left really does it.
So much ad potential of their projections vs reality.
Against the media as well
Independent media should fund ads encouraging folks to turn to podcasts and YouTubers for their news. Turn the page on TV alphabet news channels.
I wonder if Alan Feuer and these "outraged legal watchdogs" had a problem with the twisting of the law to go after President Trump over phony "felonies" and "sexual offenses".
In effect, bills of attainder and ex post facto "laws".
Maybe we just need a set of clearly defined LAWS AND RULES administered by the Government holding ALL LAWYERS to account for violations, instead of the Kangaroo Court BAR Associations we have today.
