DALLAS - Police have arrested a man they believe brazenly and seemingly randomly attacked a woman in Downtown Dallas.
36-year-old Antonio Banks has been charged with aggravated assault causing serious bodily injury.

Video acquired by FOX 4 showed the suspect walking up to an unsuspecting woman at the intersection of Elm and Field Street last Thursday. The man then hits the woman from behind with a blunt object and barely breaks stride as he walks away.
According to an arrest warrant, the victim works at the George Allen Courts building off Commerce Street.
On Thursday, she began walking in Downtown around 1 o'clock for her lunch break.
She was working unaware that Banks began following her.
14 minutes later security footage from a 7-Eleven off Elm Street shows Banks continuing to follow her.
One minute later, the brutal footage shows Banks swinging a blunt object covered in a red garment.

How about "Walking while white" --- Also good for other sucker-punch crimes.
Or how about "Living while racist" --- because she refused him when he hit her up for a date sometime earlier?
Or whatever the radical leftist racists come up with while trying to excuse this or any other vicious assault committed by someone in a "protected" class.
14 minutes? A lesson that one should periodically stop and look in a window to let others pass and see if anyone is following you.

In interviews with a serial killer of women it was found they chose their victims by looking for those unaware of their surroundings. He said they were easy to spot.
He’ll plead not guilty by insanity and the court/judge will lap it up as they always do.
She works in a courts building. Perhaps she worked in a court where was tried and recognized her on the street.

As I get older, I am a lot more situationally aware of where I am. I do also walk with somewhat of a scowl on my face, hoping it’ll deter some homeboy from wanting to mess with me.
The victim was committing the crime of walking while white.
It would be a shame if he wound up with one of those Hamas pagers on his belt.
