In a huge blow to cheating Democrats, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court on Friday ruled that undated ballots or improperly dated ballots won’t be counted.
Democrats heavily relied on mail-in ballots in 2020 to get Joe Biden across the finish line.
Recall that President Trump was ahead of Joe Biden by more than 750,000 votes in Pennsylvania at midnight on Election Day in 2020, but Democrats in Pittsburgh and Philadelphia kept counting ‘mail-in ballots’ for two weeks without GOP monitors present.
Joe Biden ‘won’ Pennsylvania by approximately 80,000 votes after Democrats used mail-in ballots to cheat.
Last month a lower court ruled it was unconstitutional to reject improperly dated mail-in ballots.
The Pennsylvania Republican Party and the RNC took legal action and appealed the court’s decision.
The state’s Supreme Court ruled in their favor on Friday.
RNC Chairman Michael Whatley celebrated the win:

Following legal action from the RNC and Pennsylvania GOP, the PA Supreme Court REJECTED a Democrat attempt to count undated ballots.
This makes mail voting in the Keystone State less susceptible to fraud.

That good news.But there was equally bad news from Michigan yesterday. Their Supreme Court guaranteed that Heels Up will take the state.
This is silly and meaningless.
Pennsylvania’s law is restricted to arrival time 8 PM election day. What date is hand written on the ballot envelope has ZERO impact on arriving 8 PM.
In fact, if a ballot was officially postmarked (not hand written date) before 8 PM but arrived in the mail the next day, it will likely get counted.
No idea why the GOP wasted money on this instead deploying staffers to collect ballots from nursing homes. No, wait, of course I have an idea why. The hate Trump and want to lose.
Heard this ruling can be reversed. Don’t know how true though. But I wouldn’t doubt it every time our team gets a favorable ruling the corrupt courts reverse them.
The PA state supreme court is dominated by the Dems 5-2.
If this is truly damaging to the leftist voter fraud operation...how/why did the State Supreme court decide this way?

This ruling should be reversed. It’s stupid. Hand writing a date on an envelope does not change the official postmark, and neither affects arrival time at the tabulation location. It is THAT time that decides valid or non valid
Well, and whether or not the ballot instructions were minimally followed, and something which is troublesome to do manually on a mass scale.
Proper dates be racist.
The PA elections system like all of the election systems in this country are not auditable. There are no audit controls. So all elections in this country on their face fraudulent. They will just double count what they have in Chester City, Philadelphia, and Pittsburg. Add to that the commie, baby killer republicans in conservative areas which are about 2% of those areas will not vote for Trump.

Democrat voter fraud is in high gear.......globally.

Headline is misleading.
The Supreme Court nixed the appellate court ruling because the plaintiffs failed to name all 67 county boards of elections.
They can refile.
Sadly saying they can’t be counted doesn’t mean they won’t be counted.
They will just say the dates “identify” as the correct date😎
So that Shapiro can run in ‘28.
Either laws mean something or they don’t. You disdain the requirement to write in a date on the envelope, but the PA legislature agreed that the hand-written date was a requirement. If it is indeed meaningless, then the law needs to be changed by the legislature, and the modification signed by the governor.
NOT changed by judicial fiat. NOT changed by simply ignoring the law.
Unless you also believe the US Constitution’s placing the power to determine election rules in the hands of the legislatures is also meaningless.
Election officials who commit fraud should be threatened with death. Death is the only certain measure to eliminate fraud.
