U.S. President Joe Biden said on Tuesday that his administration was "working that out now" when asked if the U.S. would lift restrictions on Ukraine's use of long range weapons in its war against Russia.
The U.S. has been reluctant to supply or sanction the use of weapons that could strike targets deep inside in Russia for fear it would escalate the conflict.
Kyiv's other allies have been supplying weapons, but with restrictions on how and when they can be used inside Russia, out of concern such strikes could prompt retaliation that draws NATO countries into the war or provokes a nuclear conflict.

How long would we tolerate Russia organizing, supplying, and assisting a proxy like Cuba, or Venezuela in conducting missile strikes inside the USA, hitting cities, refineries, and air force bases?

I understood that the West is pretending to seek negotiations with Zelensky. They really don’t want the war to stop though. Johnson just prevented the last Ukrainian move toward negotiations. Then the US ‘helped’ with the Kursk offensive, and that offensive was designed to perform a few tasks, one of which was to end Putin’s interest in negotiations.
So the US and Britain are going to the Ukraine to talk about peace negotiations, and at the same time Biden is hinting US missiles will be used to threaten Putin. That should work - to keep the West’s beloved war going.
And Ukraine could end nazism, stop their ethnic cleansing and NATO invitations, and stop trying to claim the Donbass and Crimea.

Zelensky has already agreed to no NATO membership. Putin rejected it because he wants Ukrainian land.

Donbass and Crimea declared independence. Russia recognized it and the Duma incorporated them. They are gone forever. Before 2014 it wasn’t illegal to speak Russian, lay flowers on war graves, and the nazi Azov artillery wasn’t shelling Russian speaking cities. they are gone and not Uke anymore.
