Thanks, Joe Biden and Calamity Harris
PING!...................
Frustrated Cargo.
Trucking Ping!.............
USPS only wants Chinese drivers handling those fake pre printed ballots.
USPS just figured out that the old Biden ballots would not work—so they can stop shipping them.
:-)
Well the USPS has come out over the last month stating they were slowing the mail down, a letter that used to take 3-4 days will now take 2 weeks for delivery.
The heat was on to oust them from their contract by the feds. They finally did it. Why else would they be so concerned about log books and traffic violations? Somebody put a target on them for some reason.
I used to live in Robinson. About 6k people live in that area. This closure will be a big hit to the town. Only Marathon refinery and Hershey chocolate factory are the two big employers left.
I may not make at all now. 15 years we lasted
My son-in-law works for a logistics company in the Chicago area. Pretty sure it’s not his company. Maybe they’ll get more business from this.
Wonder how many of those employees prime duty was filling out forms and collecting data to comply with government regulations. There must be at least a dozen state and federal agencies that endlessly write and constantly revise regulations for the trucking industry. They suck the productive life out of most companies until they die.
I know a couple of 3rd party carrier contractors and the requirements demanded by the USPS have become too expensive and ridiculous to comply with. To get the contract you have to basically hand control of all company operations over to them. They literally take ownership of your company. They dictate hiring practices, employee relations, vehicle years and types, Etc. It is no longer your private company. So this is just the beginning, A whole lot of private 3rd party contractors are going to quit soon. They have over-regulated them right out of business. The problem is, the USPS doesn’t have the assets and resources to replace these private contractors. So a whole lot of people are going to lose their delivery, especially rural routes.
Midwest Transport, Inc. one of the largest transportation contractors associated with the United States Postal Service Since our inception, we have developed a reputation for our commitment to safety, timely deliveries and stellar customer service.

The USPS has more than 17,000 highway contract groups, and it is the largest contract section in the whole organization. These contractors range from long-haul tractor trailers to small vans operating near tiny local post offices. To land post office contracts bids in the highway sector whether you are a large corporation or an independent contractor, you must meet the following requirements:
At least they didn’t do like Arrow and simply cancel all the fuel cards for their fleet and leave their drivers stranded. When the drivers called in to find out what was going on, they were told the company had shut down and were told where to drop off their trucks and loads. I don’t know how the drivers got home.
Does Hershey or anyone still make sugar based products in the US? I had thought we were at a terrible raw material disadvantage from the inflated cost of sugar here stateside? ? From Cuban embargo maybe? I thought most candy consumed in the US was made in Canada or Mexico due to that.
Maybe this is the company that was hauling the boxes of ballots state to state, that the trailer disappeared.
