U.S. announces more aid for Ukraine at "critical moment" in war with Russia, but Zelenskyy says more is needed

Ramstein Air Base, Germany — Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy rarely attends the security summits organized by his Western partners in person, but on Friday, he paid his first visit to the sprawling Ramstein Air Base in Germany, where U.S. Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin declared in his opening remarks of the latest such meeting that "it is a critical moment" in the war ignited by Russia's 2022 full-scale invasion.

The gathering of the Ukraine Defense Contact Group comes days after Zelenskyy's nation suffered its single worst attack of the year, when two ballistic missiles slammed into a military academy in Poltava, killing dozens of people and wounding more than 170 others.

NATO has been funding this unprovoked proxy war billions a year ever since NATO started the war in 2014.

Let’s get real. The emergency funding is needed to fund the off shore accounts of a whole new corrupt government. The previous bunch is getting out, with their billions, while the getting’s good. They’ve all skedaddled off to London or South Florida.

2nd shift pay off time.

As suspected, new Omnibus with billions more coming up. Last big money grab before a potential return of Trump.

And when you ask ‘em, “How much should we give?”
Hoo, they only answer, “More, more, more, more”

Maybe if the U.S. attacks the Ukraine from the west while Russia attacks from the east we can finally shut little Z Man up.

"Is it possible to dislike anything as much as I dislike the Ukrainian government. They’re robbing us blind!!! "

Maybe the dislike should be on their enablers in the West, who are doing so often against their own citizens.
The only way that changes is if Russia is sucessfully baited into sparking a larger war....and have no doubt that is being gamed out by various Deep States. Then problem is maintaining "plausible deniability".

Its complicated by free speech (Musk's X, etc.). Its why those avenues are under attack, including, I would argue, this website (you know them when you see them here).

No, its the same money approved in April, the Biden admin has been slow dripping weapons to Ukraine, only giving 1.8 billion out of $7.8 allocated. 6 billion is unused with the government budget ending at the end of September.

Biden administration is rushing to find a way to save billions of dollars slated for Ukraine, soon to expire because of the end of fiscal year in the United States. Out of $7.8 billion allocated for deliveries of weapons and equipment from the Pentagon's stocks under the PDA program, about $6 billion might go down as soon as September 30, so the White House is currently looking for a mechanism allowing it to use those funds before the deadline, sources told Reuters.

Our own Congress is robbing us blind! None of us voted to flush $$$$$$billions down the stench filled Ukie toilet.

They just declared bankruptcy in August- and their Rada ( Congress) voted it in! The corrupted “ Nation” voted for default, that is what we are dealing with- rotten to the top.

The Ukies just defaulted on the first of seven upcoming debt payments…..the only consolation is it was an EU payment, but IMF, World Bank, Blackrock and other sovereign nations debt payments are coming due. They are loosing billions.

A very good lesson to be learned by the western war cheerleaders. They are bankrupting themselves- how fitting.

I’d argue that Congress is robbing you blind on behalf of the Ukrainian government. and Israel. And multiple South American toilets of countries. And many others, all under the label of foreign aide.

Its silly to claim, the US allocating 5% of its defense spending in weapons aid to Ukraine, is the cause of it's "bankrupting"

Wait, wasn't seizing frozen Russian assets and giving them to Ukraine (something that is ahistorical) being pitched under the auspices of a 'loan'? This would make it obvious it is a 'loan' that would never be repaid.
I can't imagine we would be getting lied to. Maybe the usual suspects could clarify it for us.
