exit, I was listening to Congressman Louderback (not sure how to pronounce or spell it) on Glenn Beck this morning. He said they have a document of President Trump’s from Jan. 5th showing he DID request for the National Guard to protect the Capital because he expected there might be a riot. Beck read the EXACT quote. It made it very clear.
I have tried to find this exchange between the two or the document itself but I am not having any luck. You seem to be able to find these sort of things so would you see if you can find it? I would appreciate it very much.
I heard and read that as well, Spunky. The news I watch was all over it last night - it’s Studio 6B on RAV. These guys are pretty funny. A couple of them look a little strange, but they know their stuff and I like the mix of news and humor.

Trump asked Milley on January 3rd for the troops. See the quote below:

IIRC twitter removed Trump when he was sending out messages for people to leave the Capitol and go home. IMHO it was all a setup.
Bad actors instigated going into the Capitol but too many MAGA supporters foolishly followed along. Many, if not most, had probably never even been to Washington DC. After an inspiring Trump speech, they got carried away, not realizing it would ruin their life. They had watched the riots, burnings and killings all summer when nothing happened to the perpetrators and so had no idea what was coming from the corrupt DOJ.

I watch Lefties Losing It whenever I see a clip lol. I follow Rita Panahi on X. She has the most adorable facial expressions, accent, and such delightful sarcasm (just my style lol).
Good for you for getting out there and helping....and after all you’ve been through. I wonder how many (who have not been through the same medical rigmarole) are just sitting in front of keyboards all day and actually doing nothing that makes a difference other than making themselves feel involved. I wish I lived south of the border - as much as I hate going out and about, I’d do it.
I heard that Ted’s up about 5 points today - seems like that should be higher. I also heard, which I couldn’t believe, that Keri Lake is down nearly 10 points. I found that very suspicious, as I get the impression she’s adored in Arizona.
