...She’s vague to the point of vacuous. She struggled to give straight answers to her shifting positions on fracking and border security other than to say, “my values have not changed.” Fine, but she evaded the question of why it took the Biden administration more than three years to gain better control of the border, which it ultimately did through an executive order that could have been in place years earlier. It also doesn’t answer the question of why she reversed her former policy positions — or whether she has higher values other than political expediency.
Harris also relied on a few talking points that may not serve her well in the next two months. She mentioned price gouging, but Americans won’t likely believe that grocery chains with razor-thin profit margins are the real culprit when it comes to their rising food bills. Her $100 billion plan to give first-time home buyers $25,000 in down-payment support is mainly an incentive for ever-higher home prices.
A bigger weakness in the interview was the presence of Harris’s running mate, Tim Walz. Though the Minnesota governor delivered a fine speech at the Democratic National Convention (brightly enhanced by his cheering son Gus), he was transparently evasive in answering Bash’s questions about his misstatement about his military service, false claims about a D.U.I. arrest and misleading statements about his family’s fertility treatments. If there are other lies or untruths in Walz’s record, the campaign ought to get ahead of them now.

NYT seems to be a little bit down on Kammy lately.
Did the NYT’s just throw the Kommie & Snitch under bus?
Meh. There’s TWO articles in that link. The second said it was a “solid outing” for Kamala.
“ why it took the Biden administration more than three years to gain better control of the border, which it ultimately did through an executive order that could have been in place years earlier.”
Are they saying tens of thousands per day are no longer blatantly streaming across our southern border? Is it down to just thousands per day? Will no one hold these liars to account?
Seems CNN and the NYT are realizing that their integrity is shot as legitimate news organizations. But they can’t help themselves as lefties, so the best they can do is provide token commenters to provide an opposing view.
Wonder what hit the floor during editing. No doubt tampon Timmy was there to report back to the bigs just how bad she was.
even when the mediawhores are pretending to be impartial, they’re still whoring for the left:
“...to gain better control of the border, which it ultimately did ...”
this is complete crappolla
Just about spit out my kofeve when I saw “better control”.
Little Harris sat there scrunched up next to the looming giant Waltz and the larger than life Bash, who did no live up to her name.
Harris looked unsure of herself, repeatedly looking down at the table with frowning brow on which there were notes (presumably), but never actually answering the questions posed.
She even managed to include a bonafide word salad about time.
BTTT

We could also wonder what was on the ceiling when she kept looking at it.
It's an opinion piece by Bret Stephens, NYT's "conservative" columnist.
Of course it didn’t. She’s a terrible candidate. She isn’t going to win. She’s isn’t ahead in the “polls”, she’s never been ahead. It’s all theater to try and save the down-ballot races.
This from the New York Times?!
My question is, do candidates matter anymore, or is it the letter next to their name?
We all know Joe wasn’t running the show, and neither will Kamala, it’s the Democratic Party cabal that will be running things.
The deep state democrat machine is acting like it really doesn't matter what Kammy does. They act like the fix is in. I think we ALL need to prepare for something really serious to take place, and I'm not talking about just a long term economic crash.
