Kamala Harris and running mate Tim Walz have yet to do a formal interview, though one is in the works, but the Minnesota governor did give his biggest sit-down to date this week with a TikTok star.
Walz joined host Kareem Rahma on 'SubwayTakes' to talk about his 'take' involving home gutters.
'My take is the most neglected part of home ownership is the gutters,' Walz told Rahma. 'It's personal for me.'
The Democratic vice presidential nominee has been known to dole out home and car improvement advice on social media, and the interview posted on Tuesday was no different.
'SubwayTakes' typically involves Rahma interviewing people including some celebrities on the New York City subway while both hold mics clipped to New York subway Metro Cards.
In this special edition, he and Walz also appear to be on a train but not in the New York subway system.

The irony is that “gutters” is also a metaphor for his failures as governor.
But I won’t hold my breath for him to be challenged in that respect.

You want to waste money put gutters on your house. They do nothing useful except clog up. I don’t have gutters. I live in the south. It rains a lot and when it rains it pours. Gutters would just overflow here and what do you do with the water they collect? Unless you can dump it somewhere like a sewer or a pond or down a hill it is just going to collect in one spot. If you need to divert rainwater put in French drains.
What else can he talk about? They have no campaign issues that can be talked about.

Of all the things he associated with (burning down Minneapolis.St Paul by BLM and doing nothing to stop it) or national problems, he puts gutters at the top of his list of problems. Now I understand by Kamala pick him: she looks smart by comparison.

profoundly perfect tim! right on! the problem with these Newnited States of ‘murica is the clogged gutters of D.C. and IF the entire country would clean out the proverbial “gutters” of the mold and mildew encased trash and debris accumulated from the decades of swamp effluent that is the liberal leftist progressive radicals on BOTH sides of the political aisle, maybe the gutters meant to direct the Qwap out of Washington would finally do their job of directing the stink and smell to where it belongs.
