presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. will stay on the Wisconsin ballot in November, the Wisconsin Elections Commission decided Tuesday, despite Kennedy’s last-minute request to be removed.
Elections commission Chair Ann Jacobs, one of three Democratic appointees to the evenly divided commission, argued that state law prevents removing a candidate for office who has met the requirements.
“If you file nomination [papers] and qualify, you may not decline the nomination, and the name of that person shall appear upon the ballot, except in the case of the death of the person,” Jacobs said, arguing against taking Kennedy off the ballot.
The 5-1 vote that included Kennedy on the ballot followed a motion by one of the three Republican commissioners, Don Millis, that excluded Kennedy from a list of approved independent tickets. The Millis proposal failed on a 3-3 tie vote with only Republicans voting in favor.

My guess the ballots have been printed, filled out and reconciled to the rolls taking the name off would expose the steal.

Kennedy promised when he ran that he would never be an election spoiler. When he postponed his campaign, he explained that he was in the process asking all battleground states to be removed from the ballot before the deadline. He asked his followers to vote for Trump in those states. He told those in strong blue or red states to vote for him for that 5% that could help him in the future.
So Wisconsin is insisting he stay on their ballot in order to hurt Trump. Clear as glass.

Being dead won’t necessarily get you removed from the ballot.

The dems already know their puppets in the various swing states can pretty much ignore or “misinterpret” the elections laws to suit whatever strategy is in place for guaranteeing dem “victory”. Between the fecklessness of state Republican leadership and corrupt judges, nothing will be done to the violators.
