Pentagon press secretary Maj. Gen. Pat Ryder told reporters the U.S. provided intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance support to track incoming Hezbollah attacks but “did not conduct any kinetic operations, as they were not required.”
“The U.S. is prepared, as we’ve demonstrated in the past, to to use force in order to support the defense of Israel,” he said. “In this particular situation, given the threat that was launched from Lebanese Hezbollah, there was no requirement for the U.S. to employ any of our munitions or capabilities to help defend.
“In other words, Israel was able to do that with its own organic capabilities and systems,” Ryder told reporters.

They let them know rockets were shot? What exactly did they help with?
In other words, the Harris Pentagon is bragging that they are a worthless international partner.
Or what they mean is the US bought and provided the weapons, trained the operators, gave the coordinates, aimed the weapons, and said “hey! You wanna press this red button!” to the IDF soldier standing in the back.
Nice spin! It's likely that Israel didn't tell the US about it because they knew the Biden junta would leak the info to Iran.
Given the American assets in the Middle East, not much goes unmonitored around Israel. The US even has an active drone base in the Negev for close up monitoring around Israel.
Historically, the U.S. has done so much for Israel. Aside from the trillions in aid, there's the thousands of bunker busters the U.S. sent since Oct 7, the Iraqi missiles the U.S. helped shoot down last April, and the submarine and aircraft carrier we sent to defend Israel. To name a few.
And yet the gratitude from Israel and its lobby appears to be almost nonexistent.
I've noticed this pattern over many decades. The U.S. gives and gives, and Israel and its lobby always grouses that we're holding them back, sabotaging them, and supporting their enemies.
I wish I had an enemy like the U.S. has been to Israel.
That’s too bad, God has stated that he will curse those who curse Israel...
This is nothing to brag about. It is something to be ashamed of.
Better Israel handles it on their own, particularly when assistance wasn't necessary. Withholding resupply, a different issue if it happens.
