Volodymyr Zelensky has warned that Ukraine will soon be able to attack “any point” of the Russian federation that is a “source of danger” to his country and people.

Speaking on Ukrainian Independence Day, Mr Zelensky, the Ukrainian president, said that Russia wanted to “destroy” Ukraine but war has “returned to its home”.

“Our enemy will know…. that, sooner or later, a Ukrainian response will reach any point in the Russian federation that is a source of danger to the life of our state or our people,” he said.

No, Z will not be able to do that. DC’s Kiev Quisling has a very short shelf life. He’ll be long gone long before Election Fortnight.

The Dancing Monkey of Kiev is really getting bold.

I think Nuland spiked his cookies with hallucinogens.

Z doesn’t fully understand the deep state. He thinks they’re his friends who will be with him right up until his glorious victory. Sad, really. Once Z is an existential threat to Moscow - the music stops.

I guess Z has given up on the 26% of Ukraine that is gone, with more being lost daily.

Regardless of whatever side you are on in Ukraine, Israel, etc., the next few months are going to be extremely dangerous, with the real possibility that Trump is going to return, if your goal is to draw the USA into one of these battles to the point it would be hard to withdraw, then now is the time, you have a nearly comatose POTUS, a VP running for POTUS that has no clue and won’t answer questions.

If you’re Zelensky, if you have the ability, why not send a salvo of long-range missiles directly at the Kremlin, you’ve already invaded the Kursk region, why not attack Moscow and really stir things up.

Ukraine has developed and built a large and capable force of long range attack drones. New models will not have to rely on GPS for navigation. Russian air defenses will be overwhelmed.

You mean my predictions vs yours about the Russians running out of men, fuel, generals, ammo, planes, nerve, etc., etc., etc.? Or are you talking about my prediction day one of this that “we have been blundered into a generational, multi trillion dollar new and totally unnecessary Cold War. This is the best case scenario and more than likely the rainbow warriors in the Pentagon will escalate this to WWIII”? As we sit here on the precipice of WWIII, are you talking about that that day one prediction? I will acknowledge that I was wrong when I said the eyeball to eyeball, most dangerous frontier in the world would run from the Black Sea to the Baltic. It actually runs from the Black Sea to the Barents Sea.

I spent a large part of my life training to fight the old Soviet Union.

It’s been a while, but….

The CRP would come first and then the FSE and then the Advanced Guard and then three divisions on line.

The Soviet Union just had to get to the European ports quickly in order to win.

They had a huge army and it was focused on tanks.

The Soviet Army was used to advance communism throughout the world, and they told everyone about their aims.

I just don’t see any of that with this war.

Is Putin trying to reach the European ports?

Could he do it if he wanted to?

This isn’t a war to advance or stop communism.

We must face the present reality.

Unfair. Just because Russia has been attacking Ukraine for 2 1/2 years does not mean that Ukraine should be able to attack Russia in return.

Agreed. We at the moment have no President; no Commander in Chief.

You sir, are a useful idiot to the forever war crowd.

THE US caused this by boxing Russia in, breaking our promise NOT to push NATO into the Russian border states.

Educate yourself on the history of the last 15 years.

No, Russia and Putin are not “good”. But you back a bear into a corner, what do you expect?
