Vice President Kamala Harris has suffered a triple blow after two recently released surveys put her behind Donald Trump in the key swing state of Pennsylvania, while a third showed her trailing the Republican presidential candidate at the national level.
Polls of likely voters in Pennsylvania conducted by Cygnal and Emerson College both gave Trump a 1 point lead in the battleground state, which comes with 19 Electoral College votes. Separately, a Napolitan News Service survey gave the former president a 1 point advantage nationally.

That did not win Romney the election. In fact, it probably lost him votes. You want to try that again?
I see no realistic possibility that any jail sentence isn’t stayed pending the determination of appeals.
It’s just so that they can give her a bump after the convention.
I saw what you did there!
I saw a video of a guy interviewing some freaky women in a mall. Apparently they are terrified that President Trump is going to take away their gayness, or something.
Trump will have to win PA by 200K to overcome the fraud.
It’s the Democrats in New York we are talking about, the same legal system that dropped all the charges against the Free Palestine protesters at Colombia despite taking over buildings and destroying them, while convicting Trump of over 30 felonies, anything with that crowd is possible when it comes to Trump
A dead childless cat lady bounce!
With that kind of imbalance, it is almost impossible for a pubbie to be ahead in a national poll, unless he is WAY AHEAD.
Three at a time actually.
you are wrong... and that cannot be done in this case. watch and learn.
the judge will NOT and does NOT have the right to do anything you supposedly “fear” might be done.
It.
Won’t.
Happen.
spread your fake phony doom and gloom to someone else.
Merchan is so far behind in this fake and phony false “conviction” over made up felonies and misdeameanors...
he will have NO CHANCE to take that step.
PERIOD.
From Newsweek? Trump is ahead by more, count on it.
Not going to happen. Trump will not spend one day in jail. The dems can lie, cheat, and steal until the cows come home, it won’t matter. If he does get convicted he’ll appeal and win. The Supreme court cannot let this happen.
Remember this is NY Democrats the same ones who convicted Trump of over 30 felonies while dropping all charges against the Pro-Palestinian rioters that occupied a building a Columbia University and trashed it.
Yes, NY State Court Judges can immediately remand someone to jail, you think people convicted of murder or rape just walk out, they get sent immediately to jail.
In Trump’s case the charges are obviously much less severe, the judge can and because he’s Democrat could easily send him immediately to jail.
Here are NY rules on criminal convictions.

I would love to see counter evidence if you have it.
Trump has already been convicted of over 30 felonies in the State of NY, his sentencing hearing on September 18, unless it gets pushed back the judge will announce his sentence of conviction of over 30 felonies.
Given this is the same Democratic Party and Judicial System that convicted Trump and dropped all the charges against Pro-Palestinian protesters at Columbia University despite them taking over a building and trashing it.
The Democrats are capable of anything and putting Trump in jail is not out of the question.
I doubt it’s her first crippling blow.
Merchan is not ont SCOTUS, he is a NY Court”judge”.
no, they cannot... not like you imply... IT won’t happen.
go play in the traffic.
It’s a possibility please show me anything you have that proves otherwise I would be interested in seeing it, perhaps you are just wishful thinking
