So far, I've been FORCED to pay for dead-beat/non-productive/non-sensical college loans to party-clown flunkies, pay for Illegal's housing, medical care, transportation, walkin-around-cash, etc., pay for fake Global Warming donors profiteering on their investments, paid for continual green energy investor profits (for non-production of ANYTHING of value), and now they want to have me PAY for home down payments for their "selected, targeted Classes"?
I'm sure the scam will be to get the taxpayer subsidy, buy a property, then flip the property to cash out, and run away with the taxpayer handout......
What could go wrong?

Bill Clinton started the NO DOWN on a home and the whole damn housing market ended up in foreclosure Countrywide who did most of these subprime loans went belly up after opening HUGE offices across the country it did NOT last long!!

I can’t see the feds giving money and not expecting a kick back.
I understand but I know many persons, usually lower income, first-time homebuyers, groups that the party in power want to target and seduce, that get if for much less, either by the govt making up the difference or waiving the requirement somehow. One of my kids bought a foreclosure with 3% down and at 50% off its previous appraised value, following the crash of 2008 and subsequent incentives to revive homebuying.
