On the second anniversary of her daughter’s brutal death, Evelyn Rodriguez returned to the Long Island, New York, spot where she was killed.
The sun shone brightly as she lay candles, balloons and a large floral wreath next to a grinning photograph of 16-year-old Kayla Cuevas.
Hours later, 50-year-old Rodriguez learned that the vigil she’d left in honor of Kayla had gone. She returned to the scene and – after a brief altercation – Rodriguez was run over by the woman who had dismantled her daughter’s memorial.

MS-13 operates as an underworld in Suffolk County — which btw is solid Trump country.
That’s a combination of tragedies. Her death was almost spooky, given the odds for the two killings to happen same date, same place. It is rumored that some MS13 pray to the patron saint of death. That name escapes me just now.
Such worship is common with Santaria, a form of black magic.
Santa Muerte?
Yes! That is her name.
Yes, it’s a neopagan thing.
Setting aside the argument, I think one should consider whether someone has a right to establish roadside memorials wherever they want. Consider it was a place for people to light candles and pour drinks. I would not want candles burning right at my front lawn. Nor would I want pest-attracting drinks spilled everywhere. Add to that the concern that the memorial would attract further MS-13 attention and I don’t blame the owner for moving away. I am not insensitive to the mother’s grief but I also see the other side too. It should have been handled differently but I also think the mother should have asked for permission to set up another memorial two years later.
50-year-old Rodriguez learned that the vigil she'd left in honor of Kayla had gone. She returned to the scene and – after a brief altercation – Rodriguez was run over by the woman who had dismantled her daughter's memorial.
the woman who ran her down didn’t serve any jail time.
I, too, can understand why the woman removed the memorial when she was trying to sell the house. No seller would want potential buyers to see a reminder of a terrible crime in front of a property.
I also understand Evelyn’s grief when she discovered the memorial to her daughter had been removed.
But, the video shows Evelyn and her husband yelling at the woman in the SUV. When they were standing beside the SUV, the woman started to move it. Evelyn appears to try to stop the SUV, and the video cuts off.
Was it negligent homicide? I don’t know. But, it’s a sad case.

MS-13 is actually run as assets by the shadowy domestic Stasi that intel has set up in the US. The American Stasi uses domestic surveillance authority to force local PD out of gangland areas, to keep their gang-assets functional. That is why before Trump those MS-13 were just killing girls freely wherever they were, for slights as small as not sleeping with them.
It is insane, but once the American Stasi puts a sector under a surveillance flag, no PD is allowed in, and even lineworkers need to attend briefings and sign NDAs before they are allowed to work the poles because of all the stuff they install on them for monitoring.
An SF operator got out, and was immediately set up by the American Stasi and busted on a weapons charge. He was offered a deal to become a Stasi asset in the US, or go to jail, and he took the deal.
He wrote a whole letter to Judicial Watch, detailing how Rod Rosenstein at DOJ (himself domestic Stasi on the side) was tasked with retrieving some kind of thumb drive DNC operative Seth Rich took while manning DNC servers, which Rich only kept on his person at all times. Rosenstein outsourced it to a DEA Stasi asset, who brought in a DC MPD Sergeant (also Stasi on the side), and this SF guy to handle backup. The DEA guy then went to the local MS-13 house and got two MS-13 to handle the actual robbery of Rich, and coordinated surveillance to track him so they could intercept him.
According to SF guy’s letter the two MS-13 boosted some kind of exotic car for the op, I think a Maybach, which they took to the meetup with the DEA guy and his team before the robbery, and the MPD guy pointed out they were more likely to screw up the op if they were in a stolen car as cops might pick it up on plate readers and track and arrest them. According to SF guy’s letter, the DEA guy ran the plates through the DEA system as the MS-13 parked, and confirmed they were stolen, but let them go ahead anyway as surveillance could track all PD in the area and keep them out of the sector using surveillance authority.
The MS-13 ended up accidentally killing Rich when he resisted, and according to SF guy, when DEA guy went to meet them and pay them the next day he iced them both in the parking lot of a motel. And when people checked, there were two Latino dudes shot dead in a motel parking lot where SF guy said it happened, when he said it did.
Judicial Watch had all of this, and could easily have FOIA’d the DEA for any searches on the plate and car at the time the SF guy said it was done, on the day Seth was killed. They track that to prevent abuse. If there had been a search on the plate SF guy gave, when he said, by the guy he said did it, it would have been strong evidence his letter was legit, but Judicial Watch knows you do not get involved in American Stasi ops, so they totally dropped it. Nobody knows what happened to SF guy, for talking.
I have seen this stuff with my own eyes. It took me five years just to process the entire US government could be subverted by one big criminal intel op which was killing people. If you haven’t seen it, it is unbelievable. And once you do, all the analysis from everybody who has not seen it yet, might as well be the ramblings of some schizophrenic because none of it bears any resemblance to the shark-eat-shark world intel has created in the US by entering the arena. It is just so weirdly happy-go-lucky, and optimistic we would elect our leaders, and we have privacy, and there are laws which protect us, and nothing bad could happen.
The truth is so different.
And SCAMala wants this to continue, wants to even reward them with Green cards.

Wow, that’s one helluva scary account of the underworld. The criminally corrupt DEA/DNC side of it says how deep down the rat hole the country has fallen. Mexico’s corruption has nothing over us.
Regardless of your annoyance at roadside memorials, in no way does setting one up ever, ever provide an excuse for vehicular homicide.
No argument there. That was not my implication.
If that is the area I am thinking of, it was horrible there. The local Police Chief could not send uniformed patrol into the area because surveillance put a flag over it and took federal jurisdictional control, and over several years the local MS-13 chapter filled a local park with bodies, including two innocent 16 year old girls. One of the gang members wanted to sleep with one of the girls, and she said no, so one day the gang members came by and grabbed her up. She was with a friend, and the gang took the two of them to the local park and just dismembered them as a warning to all the other girls in the area.
Police couldn’t go in there, and surveillance protected the gang, until Trump took over. Once Trump was in, the local surveillance got restricted somehow, and local PD was able to go in and begin pulling the bodies out of the local park and charging people. I forget how many there were, but they kept pulling new ones out.
Didn’t help the Police Chief though. He ran into surveillance again in the Gilgo Beach case, and the American Stasi decided to take him out before he uncovered whatever was really going on in Gilgo beach, which it seems was not that architect, but rather one of the surveillance maybe being a serial killer. They threw the Chief in the Federal Pen for four years on trumped up charges. Go here and scroll down and you can see a pic of the chief before he ran into America’s Stasi, and after:
