Throughout her political career, Vice President Kamala Harris has taken time during speeches and public events to define events or issues that most people are already familiar with...
In November 2021, Harris was asked about what the Biden-Harris administration would do to fight inflation.
'Let's start with this,' Harris replied. 'Prices have gone up, and families and individuals are dealing with the realities of — that bread costs more, that gas costs more.'
She continued, 'and we have to understand what that means. That's about the cost of living going up. That's about having to stress and stretch limited resources.'
Harris noted that she and Biden took the issue 'very seriously' and that it was a 'priority' for the administration.
In February 2023, Harris delivered a speech at a Congressional Space Medal of Honor ceremony, explaining to NASA astronauts about what it was like to blast off into space on a rocket.
'Bob and Doug returned to the Kennedy Space Center. They suited up. They waved to their families, and they rode an elevator up nearly 20 stories,' she began. 'They strapped in to their seats and waited as the tanks beneath filled with tens of thousands of gallons of fuel. And then they launched.'
'Yeah, they did,' Harris continued laughing awkwardly as the audience did not react...
As she grew closer to Biden's reelection campaign, Harris honed in on a message about the importance of Democracy, but first she spent time explaining what it meant.
'On the one hand it's incredible strength,' she began in a podcast interview, spending a great deal of time talking about how it was also 'fragile.'

Harris has a personality disorder that results in severe anxiety and paranoia when she is forced to operate where events are not choreographed and scripted. She appears very hesitantly at open, uncontrolled evens such as press conferences. When she does appear she often does so intoxicated with alcohol, marijuana or prescription drugs. Hence the illogic and word salads. Don’t see how her handlers will let have open news conferences or debate with Trump. There will be some very uncomfortable Captain Queeg type episodes.
I wonder sometimes if the cocaine was actually hers.

I totally agree with everything you have said. However, you forgot to mention the nervous laugh, which fits into your analysis.
That video would have to be about 10 hours long.
