A neighborhood in Portland has spiraled into chaos as the locals clash with those living in a homeless encampment.
Residents in the city's southeast say the area has become like a 'war zone' as tensions continue to rise between locals and the homeless who have lined the streets with tarps and tents.
Lacey, a woman living in the encampment, told KGW8 that someone hit her dog with a car, leaving him with a broken leg and an open gash.

Every election time the residents of Portland reaffirm their desire for what they have long said they wanted. And now they got it and they should be deliriously happy. They are now demonstrating to the world what their sanctimonious yards signs proclaim.

We are ripe for a communist takeover.

The police are there to protect the criminals from lynching.
If they fully defund the police, then nobody will be there to arrest residents who decide to deal with the vagrants.
If the federal government stopped all subsidies, including all grants to NGOs, then the underclass would have to leave.
Same for Minnesota - if not for Minneapolis and St. Paul.
My heart goes out to those who desire sanity to return to their city/state but lack the means or will to move.
Cops can’t do much if the city doesn’t prosecute. City can’t prosecute if the courts don’t convict. The media report that crime is down. It’s magic!
