The DUI was in ‘95. He claimed the deafness was service related. Popping off artillery rounds without hearing protection, maybe? Sounds like BS. The .125 BAC is damning, regardless of other factors.

How that story about Bush became public the Thursday before the election was never explained--it may have cost him 4 million votes by one estimate. One theory advanced on FR at the time was that it came from the FBI dossier on Bush's father, which could have been one of the FBI dossiers Hillary got a hold of. The story was so old that someone going to the county courthouse in Maine would probably not have found it.
Or perhaps someone in the FBI took it on himself to leak the story.

Is Walz DEAF now? Or was this just temporary. Was it ever shown in court by test or evidence that he was deaf? Any doctors’ statements/diagnoses? If he was/is deaf, how did he get into the Army let alone become provisional Command Sergeant Major?
We’ll never know if it’s up to the MSM to ask and get answers.
