SOMEWHERE IN UKRAINE (AP) – Ukraine’s newly arrived F-16 fighter jets were put on display Sunday by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who said the planes will boost the country’s war effort against Russia.
“These jets are in our sky and today you see them,” said Zelenskyy, standing in front of two of the fighter jets as two others flew overhead in close formation. “It’s good that they are here and that we can put them to use.”

But we don’t want that as we want them to continue to have a war so our industrial military complex can get rich, so the entire time we told Ukraine you aren’t really allowed to fight the war as we do. It seems Biden and the idiots controlling him have introduced most US weapons systems in a slow, steady, piece-meal fashion, often seemingly for PR reasons, allowing Russia to experience and learn from each one, before the next one is introduced.
Another “wonder weapon” which will have zero effect.

The M1 Abrams Tank was supposed to be a game changer, so was the ATACMs missile, the Patriot Air defense system, and so forth.
A few dozen F-16s is not going to make any meaningful difference in a war of attrition.
