Ok. Great. Do that!
Excellent!
Go President Trump!
How about another law: ANY money spent on ANY other group must be double for social security recipients!
Illegal aliens get $4,000 a month! Social Security recipients get less than half that.
That’s a good call.
$4,000 a month????????????????.......................😡😡😡😡
On Wednesday, Trump took to Truth Social to amplify his message. “SENIORS SHOULD NOT PAY TAX ON SOCIAL SECURITY!” he declared, framing the tax elimination as a necessary step to ensure that seniors can keep more of their hard-earned benefits.
His statement has been met with enthusiasm from many, who view this proposal as a direct response to the financial struggles faced by older Americans.”
Good news, and any called payments to senior citizens does not count on Federal and state gross income.
My buddy collected SS and still worked and got scr**** by that tax law. AND they never recalced his base line to include the additional income. He had to fight for it.
I was waiting for that! Now remove the RMD requirement.
Illegals are tired and hungry from the long march on foot to the border. They need more money for food.
This is excellent!
No Tax on Tips was that slippery slope
:)
This would be called real tax relief to the middle and lower classes!
No taxes on tips/none on SSI. Nirvana!
BJ got away with SSI taxes in ‘93. You’d think it would have cost one senator Nelson his seat in ‘94 with all the gummers in Florida. Didn’t happen.
This may help answer the questions about the Heritage Foundation’s Project 2025—and why it was not going to fly.
The campaign needed flexibility and running room—they did not want to be stuck in policy geek grid-lock.
Excellent! GO TRUMP!
Social Security ALREADY is not taxable for many depending on income. The max rate is 85% is taxable.
More people may retire early.
Illegals get $69,000 cash plus medical costs.
That’s disingenuous....I can’t believe they’re putting out such a statement. NO SS retirement benefits are taxable IF they are not combined with OTHER INCOME (investment etc.) meeting the IRS threshold of XXXX $$$$...
