County canvassing boards can start canvassing vote-by-mail ballots at 7 AM on the 15th day before the election, but no later than noon the day after the election.

And the really odd thing is that the jurisdictions that seem to have ‘trouble’ counting the ballots in a timely manner are all in democrat-controlled jurisdictions, Fulton Co., GA, Detroit, MI, Philadelphia, PA, Maricopa Co. AZ and Milwaukee, WI.

All had Trump leading on election night and all had turned their state’s EC votes to Biden by the next morning. Oh well, there’s nothing to see here.
