At https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-vXHgjZs0j4 Benny Johnson reported, from his sources who were on the ground that day, that the Alejandro Mayorkas denied the Secret Service permission to use drones that day.
I believe that Mayorkas should be arrested for manslaughter at the very least, and that Chuck Schumer should be arrested as an accomplice for failing to try Mayorkas’s impeachment in the Senate as the US Constitution requires.
I think if we do the same thing as Nancy Pelosi then we lose the ability to say that the J6 convictions should be vacated since the J6 committee that referred them was unlawfully formed.
If we form committees unlawfully then there’s no point in having the committee because anything they come up with is subject to “fruit of the poisonous tree” and couldn’t be used in a court of law when the criminal referrals are made to Trump’s DOJ.
This kid was a patsy he never fired the shot, to them the end justified the means!! You could tell the kid wandering around the site for ALL to see,bthat he was waiting for instructions, this poor kid had no clue he was going to lose his life for the coverup!!

Well then, if those are the rules, Speaker Johnson doesn’t need to appoint any democrats to the committee at all.
And he shouldn’t.
But the R’s who are on the committee should provide cross-examination of evidence to make sure that evidentiary standards befitting a first-world country are actually applied. Something the J6 Committee absolutely did NOT do.
