Anything coming out of Joe Biden’s office must be rejected until he takes and passes a cognitive abilities test in public. Same thing with any executive orders he signs. Too much irrefutable evidence that his elevator ain’t makin’ it to the top floor to have this country governed by a senile person, elected or appointed.
I propose a Constitutional Amendment to provide for penalties to be assessed for any politician not honoring his/her oath to uphold the Constitution. Right now, the only solution is the ballot box.

Maybe a SCOTUS to be appointed entirely by the Dem Party, with a popular vote for President and no electoral college, all elections run and ballots counted by a national election division in DC with no state input, and lifetime appointments for a Dem. President replacing the ones for justices.
