Plenty of people bought it. Maybe not here on Free Republic but outside they certainly did.
Trump didn't lead in a single poll in 2020. He told his voters not not vote by mail during a pandemic. The Democrats laid out their plan. Trump would win the Election Day count (he did) and then the mail-in tallies would come in and flip the race. That's exactly what happened and it looked believable.
Today, Trump is leading in all the polling. His lead is expanding. He's leading in all the swing states. He's leading or at least tied up in states that the GOP hasn't won in decades. He has encouraged mail-in voting.
You only get a a chance to pull of a 2020 style heist once. It's not going to work a second time.
Trump promised us during his acceptance speech that he will NEVER allow what happened in 2020 to happen to us again. I will take his word on this.
In that scenario, ME, NH, NM, MN will all flip. I think that will be it. Trump will be competitive in NJ and NY but he won’t pull it off. Other states are too blue (Colorado, Oregon, etc).
Except for Fairfax County. Fairfax is Virginia's Cook County. Fairfax always reports late, and Fairfax always "finds" 10,000 votes to put the Dem over the top. Fairfax is chock full of muslims and and dusky things.
I dream of a series of Virginia rallies to bring the state to a Slightly-Red-State balance that (I think) actually represents popular sentiment.
Let’s see if we can get Vance, Youngkin, Trump insiders, whoever, out to Bristol Roanoke, Charlottesville, Fredericksburg, Midlothian, Chesapeake, Hampton, and Virginia Beach.
Both parties have been weak, under-supported, confused and depressed in this state.

My employers home office is in new Jersey and I’ve had several coworkers tell me it’s in play. I’m in Virginia and so happy we are too. The coast and Richmond area have screwed us for a long time. Majority of those people are transplants. Not real Virginians.

The three Northern Virginia counties are always last to report.
They are solid democrat and wait to see how many votes are needed to flip the rest of the state.
I don’t think he’ll win New York. The urban minorities are leaving the plantation.
Even in a “boring” election cycle (and we don’t even know what’s going to happen with the DNC yet) - but even in a boring year *anything* can happen. The only projections that matter are the ones on election day. Full stop.
Sentencing “if necessary” per his order postponing from July to September. Since Bragg used evidence that SCOTUS specifically stated could not be used, Marchon should declare a mistrial. Will he do that? I guess we’ll find out ... if he doesn’t, it will be back to an appeal situation.
