Republican Governor Mike DeWine gets to appoint JD's successor to the Senate seat who will serve until the first subsequent general election.

True. Just like Alabama then governor Bentley picked Senator Sessions' replacement (Luther Strange). But after that was a special election and Dim Doug Jones won that to finish the term (4 years, until he was replaced in the next regular election by Republican Coach Tuberville).

He is looking at a replacement in case Trump is removed, for one consideration.

Heard from who?

Not that DeWine would like to replace him with Kasich. But, I don't DeWine would go that far in ticking off Republicans here.

Is it a trap?

[...]

JD Vance with a solid Yale curriculum vitae, was a rabid Never Trumper, until something in his life timeline happened simultaneously to his financial benefactor billionaire Peter Theil becoming an FBI informant.

Putting aside the Theil and Vance direct connection to Vivek Ramaswamy for a moment - Peter Theil becomes aligned with the FBI and suddenly the guy getting Theil’s money for politics, has nothing but praise for Donald Trump.

Trust your instincts.

Remember when I said the 2015 operation for Jeb Bush was going to involve a massive vote splitting operation, because the people organizing Jeb could only affirm about 20% of the base vote in the primary?

Well?…

In 2016 I said they would need more than a dozen to pull off the Jeb operation; they brought 14.  The republican nominee who won was the last man to enter, #15, the one they did not control.  That is not accidental.

Remember back in 2019 when I said ballots were more important than votes and Trump needed to ditch Ronna McDaniel and hire Catherine Englebrecht as RNC chair with a major sense of urgency. Well?…

Remember when I said, “watch out” in 2022 because the same Sea Island network active in 2015 and 2020 was organizing a conservative voice influence operation for DeSantis in 2024, because I could see all the hallmarks of conservatives being conscripted and paid for participating (their attack vector of vulnerability), and people angrily said I was nuts.  Well?…

I’m not looking at the current landscape, I’m out here with a well-worn machete looking at where we are heading.  And I’m telling you those same systems, voices and financial networks have deployed that same financial conscription effort for JD Vance.

This is not conspiracy theory, it’s simply what a select group of ideological and compromised billionaires do in response to their own attack vectors and vulnerabilities.  Robert and Rebekah Mercer did it with Ted Cruz and duped millions.  The current attack vector assisting in the positioning of Vance, an attack vector previously exploited by the IC in their creation of the Trump-Russia collusion nonsense, is the only guy in the Trump family that wears pink shirts.

It’s been a thing for awhile now for American men to choose as wives women who haven’t been infected by the feminist virus. On what planet does that man then allow this wife to dictate his politics?

Wish he had been in politics longer than 2 years in the US senate. We will see if he “evolves” or not. I'm with Trump. His team seems better this year. I was party to Tulsi. Maybe he will get Kari Lake for press secretary. Or Megyn Kelly. A strong woman defending real women.

Does Vance support a federal law pushing abortion rights? With the issue up to states now, it shouldn’t matter what he thinks of this unless he wants the feds to overtake the states.

I think it would be tough to have a federal minimum wage because the economy is so different in various places in the country. Also I think consumers can see what happens with minimum wage increases. But then I haven’t researched the issue.

I wasn’t hoping for Vance, to be honest. But I hope Trump knows what he’s doing after all the experiences he’s had with traitors. And I hope Vance has been able to see enough of the lies that make up our media, to change his mind about stuff that should have been no-brainers, like that the women making sexual accusations against Trump are liars. In the meantime, I’ll trust that God is with us and will help us.

I supported Cruz over Trump early on because Trump at that point wasn’t a tested conservative. But I got on the Trump train seeing his judicial picks and the amount of MSM hostility against him. I don’t think Cruz would’ve defeated Hillary.

I’ll gladly be voting for Trump in November.

“Plus he wrote a book about growing up in Appalachia. Hillbilly Elegy.”

And people who knew him then say it’s about 50% fiction. Big stink about it when it was published.
