I just don't see this. He's a nice guy all around but I don't see him and never have seen him as a leader. He just doesn't have the presence. He also doesn't help Trump win in November, does add Independent and Dems.
I guess we'll see lots of speculation through the next few hours.

I have just heard from a TOP Source that RFK Jr. is in Milwaukee meeting with Trump right now on the Vice Presidency.
Trump has yet to decide his VP.
If its RFK Jr I’ll eat my shoe

Not that I have a real preference one way or another, but I will point out that Ben Carson is the only person to lead a poll of Republican presidential candidates since Trump announced his intention to run for President in June of 2015. Carson led the GOP polls briefly in late 2015 before the primary season began in early 2016.

True, but even Trump says he needs a VP to help him win in November. To me that means picking someone that expands the base, most of the contenders just shore up MAGA.
