If you look at the extraction of Trump right after the shooting it was a Chinese fire drill. It was total chaos and took the SS far too long to remove him to the safety of the vehicle. It was like no one on his security detail had practiced this type of situation before.

There’s a Youtube video with a helicopter doing a 360 around the building and you can see a ladder on one of the connecting walls on the exterior of the building. Where did that ladder come from?
Trump is not just a candidate; he is also a former POTUS.
What reassurances do we have there won’t be another SS/FBI/SWAT screw up with another assassination attempt on Trump at the RNC convention? Just watched Rush Hour 1 and 2 yesterday and the plot was similar at a Chinese/ Hong Kong political event and they took down the head guy.
I want to see this comparison and I would hope there is no favoritism but I am not that naive.

They are going to gaslight us and will never provide a clear answer. The security was amateurish, at best. At worst, a planned security lapse for whatever reason.

There must be an explanation by fed and state authorities why the rooftop was unsecured. Even I know the rooftop at 140 yards must be secured.
A congressional hearing is the sure megadeath of any accountability. It allows congresscritters to grandstand for re-election without having to do anything.

It is amazing how tight lipped the secret service has been. They were not at meeting yesterday. The FBI would not respond to any questions concerning the ss.. They are under the direction of Homeland Security. They should order ss to answer questions especially regarding ROE of snipers.
Right and why would the shooter not shoot at the cop but instead lie back down in a prone position to shoot at Trump?
What was the function of the cops on the ground with an unsecured rooftop within eyeshot? Go for the high ground has been an axiom for 200 years, or more!
