Adrenaline is an amazing product of human physiology. Those few seconds of adrenaline released in one push into the body is the moment of lifting a car off of someone. What would normally be impossible physically or mentally, becomes possible for a brief moment. A few hours later and your completely exhausted, barely able to walk.

There was no way for anyone, including Trump, to know if the threat had been ended, or if there could still be a sniper out there trying to finish the job.
Trump didn’t care, and instinctively reacted with righteous anger and defiance.
