Congressman Scott DesJarlais, R-TN, posted on his Facebook page that SS is not to shoot first. The guy may have a telescope. Also mentioned DEI policies in SS.

It sounds like a waiting game. The SS sniper has (allegedly) made a statement that he wanted to fire but was told to stand down - apparently until shooter opened fire. A rules-of-engagement mess? But from an LE standpoint would normal cops just rush the building? try to get on roof? yell at shooter? “Hey! What are ou doing?” - “Back away from the firearm!” etc. But sniper had to wait until shooter gets off not just one but at least 3 shots which hit 3 people. It sounds like sa system error and/or plot. It also reminds me of the school shootings where LE waited outside until shooters inside kill a bunch of defenseless students. Madness over (a) not wanting to get sued and/or (2) not wanting charged with murder.
Seems like they’re going nuts trying to say any claim to this being planned is far-right wing conspiracy.
They need to shift blame and their pseduo calm / concerned posture a clear giveaway and shift to assess blame away from their ignoring the actual state of their involvement in creating a Wild West atmosphere

This had the effect of making him a momentary vertical statue.
His head could have been on a swivel, rotating continiously for 360 degrees, and the center of the mass of his head would not have changed location.
The angle presented to the shooter may have had a variable edge of a fraction of an inch, but the center never changed.
The shooter took his shot, at 140 yds (1 and 1/2 football fields) and simply set it off as the sights wandered to the left of center.
Heart racing, breathing timing, distraction?,whatever, he simply missed, then let loose the remainder in an attempt to hit something, or out of frustration.
Either way, does not look to be a "trained professional", rather a low life wanna be, possibly groomed? Possilby frustrated dirtbag.

SS Sniper was plugged into the SS boss in DC awaiting further orders (which did not come) and everyone else was listening to Jeopardy. Sniper should have alerted SS to clear stage or get Trump down. You state the obvious - but none of the DEI crown thinks anymore.
