Be careful, something is being covered up. I think the guy looks much more like Maxwell Yearick. The ear shows what looks like the piercing of a dumbbell/bar that was removed in the upper right ear, and the wrinkled lobe looks like a gauge that has been removed from his earlobe.

I am surprised (not) that the roof tops were not secured or that people on the ground were yelling “he got a gun” and “he is on the roof” before the shots were fired yet they waited until the sniper began firing before taking him out
A huge lift? One officer with a pistol on that roof could have prevented anyone from getting up on it. His presence alone would have caused the perp to abandon the idea. It was within 400 ft. of the stage, that's not a long shot with a rifle.
I’m not surprised. Speed sniping is probably one of the courses the shooter had at Quantico. Even IF he really isn’t an FBI plant, he’s/was exactly the type of terrorist psycho the FBI is charged with instead of hounding legal gun owners, MAGAs an protestors they want to call insurrectionists. In the past, if something goes down around a president, he gets immediately whisked away to the limo in a cordon of agents. We were witnessing incompetence on a grand scale, or they were keeping Trump upright and motionless with a clear shot at his upper torso and head.
President Trump needs his own protection detail, the SS have become Praetorians. Perhaps Netanyahu or Orban could spare some men for this.
