In the past, if something goes down around a president, he gets immediately whisked away to the limo in a cordon of agents. We were witnessing incompetence on a grand scale, or they were keeping Trump upright and motionless with a clear shot at his upper torso and head.
President Trump needs his own protection detail, the SS have become Praetorians. Perhaps Netanyahu or Orban could spare some men for this.
On the video you can hear somebody say “Shooter is down”; and then they get the President up. (Could have been more shooters though).
After he is standing, Trump says something how he wants his shoes!

Yes, very good point, but all that was needed, evidently, was for the little female SS agent to reach way up to shield Trump’s head with her little hand. Yes, that is superb protection.
