Why was the AGR building not secured in the first place?
It’s absurd.
Basic and fundamental for Secret Service to be at every possible spot where a shooter could act from.
How could this be missed?

What I've seen in movies that attempt to be authentic is if there aren't snipers on every roof, they at least secure access to the rooftops that don't have snipers. I've seen where doors to rooftops are padlocked, manhole covers are welded shut, etc.
There are now too many conspiracy theories for them all to be wrong.

Possibly because there were not enough SS agents to do a thorough job.
Apparently, President Trump had a smaller detail than any other former President....probably applied to the broader SS presence also.

I don’t know anything about tactics and how quickly he should have been shot, but of course he shouldn’t have been able to get there to begin with.
He/they had their chance. I dont know which yet.
I assume he will be blanketed by security now and for a wide swath of area....maybe places easier to protect.

Also, why did no one spot the prepositioned ladder ... he didn’t flap his arms and land on the roof.
